The is a very typical seaside in Cavite with the dark fine sand. The waters are warm and the waves are moderate. But what I noticed here are the running the place. The cottages and surroundings were a bit dirty and lacks maintenance. Since they are collecting fees for this, why cant they allocate much on cleanliness since this will attract more visitors in the future? simple arithmetic of Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite... simple as that. My beloved near my family home. They just need to up constantly because the plastics etc.garbage accumulates fast ,such an eyesore . Also, they should put up warning sign if there is something to be aware like jellyfish... Plus is this incredible sunset and long shallow shoreline. Minus are the garbage...and the annoying and disturbing karaoke ... no lifeguard, too. No entrance fee. Plenty of cottages to rent. Fine brown sand. Why the 3-Star rating?... Dirty place! Please do something about it and I assure you will come. I hope they can bring back the that we've grown up with. It was and relaxing before. What's good about this place is that it's near the metro. Easy access. Very affordable and very accommodating ang mga personnel ❤️❤️ The number 1 problem here were GARBAGES ON SHORELINE and WATER. There were JELLYFISH everywhere ready to sting. The living here should be the ones more responsible for the cleanliness as this was like a public resort. The entrance fee is FREE OF CHARGE, you will only pay for your cottages (as living near the area owns each of them). Shower rooms and toilet use were free of charge as well, along with the use of grilling areas. Videoke can be rented or you can also have them shared with other as you only need 5 peso yellow coins if you want to sing your heart out. There were no free electricity though and you need to have an extention and pay 200 pesos when you need electricity during your stay. But bonfires would be great for more outdoor feel. It's easy to book your stay, just message them thru Cavite Garden Coast facebook page and someone will take good care of tour queries. The place was unorganized. Some said the place has no entrance, some say there's entrance fees. Some just claim that the cottage belongs to them, but the cottages were built by the LGUs as it seems. The cleaners in green uniforms came and sweeps the garbages and just buries it less than a foot back into the sand. So there was patches of burried garbage under less than a foot of sand. They didnt even bring a single garbage bag or even sack for the trash. It was all burried. Water has been really brown for years. I would not suggest this place for family picnic and swimming. 1. Waste disposal wala kwenta ang dumi ng beach. 2. Ang dumi ng tubig 3. Not enough facilities for cooking your food. Not Recommended, wag mag sayang pera at oras. Imbes na crabs gumagapang, ipis 🤢 Went here to see if it's a good place to swim. TOO MUCH TRASH UNFORTUNATELY. Hoping that this place be given more ups 🥲 Not free. Paid 10 pesos entrance. 30 pesos parking. Not clean. Muddy water with small rocks. Dark grey sands. Madumi, puro basura 😢 Nice and relaxing place to be but this time the has bigger waves! This place wasn’t well organized and they want you to pay overpriced even in holidays? Like for 6 peeps we should cover it by paying 700? And the electricity wasn’t even in that said 700 price, they want us to pay 200 pesos more. The cottage we got got some glass shards from past users and I got cut by some of it. The place wasn’t cleaned properly too, even it is a public resort why they ask for highly priced cottage but they don’t consider cleaning the front off it. pricey and worst resort namemera amputa I enjoy the The view of the is really beautiful and aesthetic, tho there was a problem with the first, the sand, the has many trash and it's really dirty, it's like there's no ppl cleaning it.. second the main which is the ocean (or lake idk) it has many trashes too, maybe bc of the garbages in the sweeping it to the ocean.. but i recommend to atleast the so visitors could walk there safely, and lastly the bathroom, the most disgusting part I've ever went to first things first, it's not secure enough. There are tiny holes that ppl could peak and look at u while showering, it really made me my sister and my cousin's uncomfortable... and the cubicle's are very dirty there are garbages inside idk if the staffs knows or it, bc it's really dirty i even saw a napkin stuck in a wall😀 Overall I'll rate it 2 stars there's still many thing to do to make it more welcoming for customers... If you just want to take pictures for the view I'll recommend this place, but for family outings i think no... This would be a rlly good resort if they try to love the surroundings by cleaning them, but then again i saw some other loitering so ig its the humans fault, and i was so sad that the cats and dogs are sooo scared of human touch, they must be so traumatized because of the guests there. The view is rlly good, the waves are so big and fast, but they were so many humongous stones that rlly spoiled my overall experience, i rlly wanted to rate this 5 but ig they also need to up their game. And the washroom! I was so uncomfy bcs of so many boys surrounded us, but them again this is a controversial topic soo.... i suggest to make the locks more secure and dont leave a gap at the top of the door, it rlly bothers me.
