Parking space is good when youngo inside. There is a coast guard substation nearby so safety is commendable. Good for family or group gatherings. the place was clean, facilities were maintained . even the pool area and seaside was always clean because of the maintenance crew who's up and about with their jobs. we felt secured also especially during this time of the holy week since a lot of marine guards were there to man the place. thumbs up. Unfortunately we encounter the moment that they run out of electricity and at the same time no fresh water and they don't have any solution. So sad it is a solution but unforgettable bad experience. They told us that the resort we're already fully booked but they didn't even posted it in their Facebook account. Place was good. The price is reasonable to what they offer. Just not something you would want to go to if you want to disconnect and relax due to high noise pollution since they allow guests, to bring their speaker and they have videoke that can be rented by guests. Another thing is the seawater, I suppose since there are rivers near Naic, the seawater is not that clear/blue as it gets mixed with the muddy river water. Good thing is, the resort has their swimming pool, which is for kids aside from the rowdy teenagers performing exhibition jumps , Kudos for the lifeguard in the pool area, controlling the crowd and reminding them they are not on a private-pool resort. Overall if you want to go somewhere near (about 1.5 - 2 hours from Metro Manila) to swim and experience a change of pace, this place is great.
