There is also an Elevator here and it is very helpful to the people who are going up to the different floors of the City hall. The staff are very accommodating and polite. They are attentive to the needs of the people who are going to here. I am proud of our City hall here in Gen. Trias, Cavite. Been here for tax first payment!!! It's a long line, waiting for almost 2hrs for my turn!!!! Wish they will improve and has a fast service!!!! I had my kid's birth certificate registered here. The staff are very attentive and active in handling my request. I've had a longer travel time due to traffic compared to the transaction itself. Also, the parking spaces are limited so you may have to resort to street parking during peak hours. Our visit was excellent. The staff was friendly and they made sure we knew where to go for each step in the process. The entire process was completed in less than 30 minutes, including the notary service, and was a big improvement over the last time we were there. Kudos to their efforts to improve the process. The only remaining improvements needed are parking and air conditioning for the building. I went to this place to pay my Property tax. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The process was also easy but it took a bit of time to finish because of the number of people there paying also. I give this place an excellent rating. The City Hall staff here are too accommodating, they will assists you even you know what to do. You'll get your documents as fast as 5 minutes. They have here a free shuttle service form one place to another to complete your transactions (there were two buildings here to transact your business) And the Municipal Court employees here are always available and readily to attend to your queries. Strict but considerate. Two Thumbs-Up! Visited for payment and release of business permit. Took us more than 3hrs waiting for them to print the permit.
