It took over 30 minutes for us to be served. The staff allowed other people to push in. We have been here several times and each time it is a stressful experience where we are ignored and not served. There are lovely products here but the staff are unhelpful, rude and inefficient. I am very sad that I will never visit again as I’d like to buy the products but we can no longer cope with the stress and humiliation of visiting. It is difficult to rate this place. They prepare fresh food daily and the food and the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. On the other hand, I don't remember when I experienced such terrible customer service, and coming from the manager. I ordered the lunch menu and had to wait for more then 30 mins for my meal although all it takes to serve the food is to heat it up, as it was a curry with rice. When I took the issue with the staff the manager came and I said I found it unacceptable that a dozen people got their meals before me although I ordered first. She said that unfortunately there was a big private group that came in after me and they had to serve them first. I said I didn't find that professional since I am only one person and I ordered way before them. The manager looked me dead in the eyes, said: "I hope you enjoyed the food", and just walked away. I don't remember when I felt so disrespected and dismissed by the restaurant staff in my life. I tried to give them another chance after I finished eating but they were having none of it. TL;DR: great food, terrible service. Their herb tea is best. I didn't like herb tea until drink thief herb tea. Because herb tea is not good taste for me. But I realized that I didn't drink good quality one. They're closed Monday to Wednesday day. Great nature shop!
