We stumbled on this place because most places were closed Mondays but so glad we did! The food was great and so were the owners. Our favorites were the tomatoes with oil and garlic, the steak, and the lamb. The garlic potatoes were also very good. We will definitely eat here again if we are in the area. Delicious BIG breakfast with coffee for 10€, made with locally sourced ingredients. It saved my day ! Thank you ! Victor was an incredible host - my son was suffering from heatstroke and Victor and colleagues did everything to help, including giving some medicine! The meal was delicious- we enjoyed everything. We stayed one night at Casa de Jesús and had dinner at Restaurante Casa Jesús and both experiences were amazing! The room is so clean and so cosy with everything you will need! The Restaurante just made the night even more perfect. Starters of gazpacho and country salad were so refreshing and perfect for summer! Food portions are so generous; we were bursting midway through our mains (grilled sausage and veal piccata) but the food was so good, homemade and hearty that we cleaned off our desserts (trenza) as well. Owners (both of the hotel and the restaurante) were so lovely! We managed to communicate with them using our broken rudimentary Spanish and the owner of the restaurante spoke perfect English! They were so warm and welcoming and took such great care of us. We're sad we could only stay one night but we will be back! The owner is an excellent host. Very welcoming and warm service. Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed eating here. The proprietor, and his staff, went out of his way to accommodate us with our limited Spanish. We took the menu but the starter dish would have fed us for a week, we felt so guilty but needed to leave room for the other two courses. Typical Aragon fare. What a fabulous time we had at Casa Jesus! We arrived in the area late and hungry, when everything else was closed. The owners made a meal just for us, and it was amazing! Plus, we had an excellent time chatting with them. When we realized that we had all spent time in Bahia, Brazil, they served us a special treat of Brazilian abobora! SOOOO delicious and such an unexpected treat in the middle of Spain. We'll definitely try to go back there any time we're anywhere close to the area!
