When my main finally arrived it was cold. At that point I was so desperately hungry I ate it anyways. We both found the pasta dishes very bland with no taste at all. The rabbit dish was very dry and tasteless. The portions are big but without taste. The red house wine was awful. Order a bottle of red wine rather. Lovely location, but the food was disappointing. Pasta with cinghiale (wild boar) was just like any ragu - and not particularly flavoursome. Gnocchi were heavy and tasteless. The food is great and very reasonably priced. The wine selection is good and authentic from the region. We had a great bottle for 14 Euros. The staff are kind and friendly and were especially nice to our kids. Unreal quality, the best food I’ve ever had in my many visits to Abruzzo, the pasta and meat are outstanding!!
