Rented a 900 Polaris buggy, it was in fin and had no problems, It was fun and a experience. And no long reviewing the vehicle, just looked at it and saw it was as when I received it. We chose a Polaris for a full day and paid €150 — totally worth it for the fun and adventure it offered. The was in excellent and made exploring the stunning surroundings even more exciting. Mario, the gentleman at the front desk, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From picking up the to returning it at the end of the day, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Highly recommend Super Mario at SM Quads, we arranged to hire a Polaris RZR 1000 Over WhatsApp before we flew out for a 3 day hire.on picking up the machine Mario was very helpful and went through all the controls etc and briefed us on where we could go and where we couldn't which was helpful, as for the it was spotless and very well maintained unlike many others we saw on our travels and had a fantastic 3 days sightseeing and would definitely hire again from these guys, Many thanks Nathan & Sarah Mario is the goat Very helpfull people even with which bus to take if youre not able to rent anything! Update 23.03.2025 16:46: Warning – Only suitable for very slow driving. Please only book if you plan to at a maximum of 35 km/h off-road. Be aware that anything that isn’t paved is considered an “open road” by the company. On the roads, the wind is very uncomfortable as there is no windshield, so it’s better to off-road, but again, only at a maximum of 35 km/h, otherwise you’ll run into problems. Make sure to ask the company exactly where they consider the “off-road” boundaries and have them show you on a map. I drove at 70 km/h on a that the company considered “off-road.” We then pulled over to enjoy the view, and suddenly the turned off. It was remotely deactivated. We had to immediately back and pay a €250 fine. The encourages you to faster than 35 km/h, which I see as a tactic to impose the €250 fine. We returned the in perfect condition. It’s the responsibility of the police to enforce speed limits, not the company’s. Also, we were never in danger, and even if we had been, it is our responsibility, not the company’s. Conclusion: If you can stick to the 35 km/h limit, this is probably a good company. However, €240 for driving at such a slow speed is, in my opinion, poorly invested money. But it’s still better than having to pay the €250 fine like we did. Old Review before answer of 23.03.2025 Warning - Scammers! You are only allowed to the buggy, which has a lot of power, at a maximum speed of 35 km/h. While driving at 70 km/h on a where many regular cars were also driving, the was remotely disabled. After a few phone calls, we were allowed to straight back and had to pay a fine of €250. Save your money and don’t rent a from this place. There is no windshield, so it’s very uncomfortable to on the road. Driving at just 35 km/h on a rough is no fun at all. Instead, save your money, head to the beach, and enjoy a few beers in the sun. Your money is better spent there than with these criminals. 490€ for 3 hours of driving - never again in my life. We had some doubts due to some negative comments about fine on breaking the 35km/h speed on the off-road. "Will it even be fun?!", we thought. Nevertheless we rent the nice 2-seater for 170€ a day. AND WE TOTALLY HAD A BLAST! SO FUN!! Mind you that on normal you can the as you would a normal car. Having the speed of max 35km/h WAS DEFINITELY MORE THAN ENOUGH on the dirt road. Most of it is in such rough conditions with holes everywhere. Hence, we thought, those people going 70km/h offroad and then complaing the was turned off and got 50% discount on the fine (250€ instead of 500€) were just dumb irresponsible tourists. Shame. This place has really nice stuff, well maintained, all necessary rules and information was explained in detail in advance, very fair, deposit was returned immediately upon return. I recently rented a from this service, and it was absolutely an excellent decision. While their prices may be slightly higher than other places, the and worth it. The buggies were in condition, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a safe and enjoyable ride. Five stars I decided to try out dune buggies for the first time during my stay in Cyprus and went with S.M Quads based on previous excellent reviews. I was not disappointed! The provided by Marios is truly exceptional and the team makes you feel really well taken care of. Their buggies are fitted with GPS and additional safety features so you don't get yourself into any difficult situations and Marios is always there to provide support in case it's needed. I'd recommend to use Google Maps satellite view to find off trails, especially around the Avakas Gorge area, as well as the Golden View Point that's north from there for some stunning views of the sea and mountains. We didn’t want to join a convoy of others on a tour so the guy who helped us pinned the locations on our google maps which gave us the freedom to do what we wanted for the day.
