Sterna & is a fantastic place to visit if you’re exploring Kathikas. There is a cute museum, and also a where you can sample some of their wines. The are varied in style, but that’s what makes them so interesting! Through the you also get some snacks to go alongside the wines, which is a nice touch. You can also buy all of their wines, and there was also a small shop selling produce which was great. The were very friendly, and overall the whole was 5 stars! Fantastic experience! Beautiful family owned with and small cave to see how the is stored. The is only 5euros and totally worth it. Very interesting how each one is produced. Our host was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He totally made the experience! The is paired with simple bread, hummus and olives. (All very tasty!) You can upgrade this and order a very nice platter with cheese and cold cuts. We bought some which were reasonably priced and enjoyed looking at the little gift shop that stocks some products. Ice-cream is also available so put kids were happy to have this. I liked how kid-friendly and welcoming they were to have kids around. After the we enjoyed a coffee and explored around some more. We received a warm welcome from this family run independent and greatly enjoyed the whole experience A fun little traces the development of the vineyard and leaves you in no doubt as to the passion, determination and shear hard work it has taken to produce in this environment. The shop is well stocked with a range of mainly food and drink as well as souvenirs at reasonable prices. Our of 5 plus their grappa was very professionally hosted and generously complemented by cheese, olives, sausages, bread and hummus 'to cleanse the palate' between tastings. We decided to have lunch, whilst talking with the owner and our hot sandwiches were delicious and filling washed down with a glass of our favourite from the tastings. This is a real gem, easily found on the upper road from Paphos to Latchi. Thoroughly recommended and happy to support these good people with purchases made from the shop. This is the most industrial I've ever visited. It's just a "front office", there is no cellar, you can't see any making process, and the guy who is presenting there is so fed up with selling the same story that he makes you uncomfortable even to ask anything. There is a small of winemaking in the property as well as a cave in which the is aged to see as a visitor. The location itself is stunning and there are beautiful views at the back of the property outside of the museum. There is also a seating area to enjoy the sunset.
