An interesting place. The museum is small, but clean, modern and well organised. Some info and signs in English. The monument is interesting and in a nice location. That said, I can't see what the artist/sculptor had in his/her mind. It's supposed to be a boat on top of a window on the wider world. I think it looks like a load of garden canes on top is a shrunken version of La Defence (Paris). Date of Visit: January 22, 2023 (Sunday) Water is cold at first but I think it's manageable after you swim for a while. I've seen a few people swimming. You can sunbathe comfortably as the temperature is around 18°C in the afternoon and there's enough space since it's off-season. The reason for 4 stars is that there's no available toilet and the presence of excavators and sea barge which kind of ruins the view. Of course, it's understandable why. Love it here. Been 6 times. Small cove which is very safe to swim in as there is a huge wall surrounded it, making it secure to swim in. Access is easy too, and you can use the nearby Hotel Toilets Man made great for swimming and snorkeling, good bar and food facilities. Not much of a to be honest. All covered in sharp rocks. Would probably recommend another part of the island if you thinking of going into the sea. Still very beautiful thought but so is pretty much everywhere there. Small but uncrowded next to a small marina and excellent ground to take a dune buggy, nothing by the but a shop or two close by. Beautiful, but not to clean. Many buildings around. A good place to swim thanks to wave breakers. Accessible to general public. The ground is partially rocky, so be careful. And there are no sun chairs, toilets or showers, at least not in October Unfortunately facilities are not being maintained. Showers all broken/missing, changerooms missing the latches etc. The local hotels should collaborate with the municipality to keep these in good working order. Praise: The is excellent here. In mid August, my family visited the and the was warm and very clean. The is well protected against the strong waves by a series of artificial rock barriers. When my family went, the was lightly populated, which is great because if did not feel crowded. Unfortunately, the area of the is very small, so if the area becomes more popular, it will be difficult to be there. Complaints: The has several issues, namely on entering the water. To get into the water, one must walk over several rocks. There are large uniform and flat rocks, and other smaller, round rocks. The smaller are painful to walk over and they are mobile, which makes it unstable to walk into the water. The "flat" are covered in algae which makes them dangerously slippery. Beyond this, they are filled with small holes and uneven surfaces, so these large are not safe either. Furthermore, within the and crevices, there are black sea urchins. It should be noted, that sea urchins are highly venomous and their toxins could kill humans. My family and I found several of such urchins within the water, below the surface. They sit along the and among the rocks. An uninformed vacationer should be aware, because if they plant their feet down on the to walk or rest from swimming, they should look for the small or large black circles, which is what the urchins look like. I must say, no one on the seemed to be hurt by the urchins during my visit over a week duration. If you plan to come here, please be careful and enjoy the water!
