Took my twin brother for emergency on Saturday 8 th febuary and all the staff, from the receptionist so polite and KIND to the and the amazing Doctor thank you all recommended him to go to a@e and yes he is actually in hospital over night. I can’t thank them all enough a brillant thank you all. I've been with this for the past 6 years, and have had no issues with the and services provided. The facilities are always super clean.I have found the need to follow up more regularly with admin queries, and getting booked in, but thought this was true of most GP surgeries. Booking through the online portal is very easy, and when there are bigger issues the ladies at reception are incredibly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to the following healthcare professionals- Sarah Vatcher and Katriona Burrell, and Dr. Sarayu Nair, Dr. Osama Bouzedi. They have shown great care and concern for my health. Seems like nowadays you can aquire a Dr degree from the local off Licence with the job role reading: - No experience needed - No empathy needed - must be ill-mannered - must not care about what the needs - must be able to tell the that you don't have enough - don't forget to let the know that you do not prescribe medication at this particular practice - If you do decide to prescribe medication based on mercy, give the the total opposite to what they really need! Horrible by a particular Dr today! Finally got an because I waited outside of the from 8am. Walked in bang on 8.30am before the "phone line" could all be taken. Clearly couldn't fob me off today with that hit line "no left, try ringing again in the morning". After reading the reviews, it is evident that this practice is failing on many parts. My recent interactions here have been excellent. I've been able to get quick for my child when ill. The doctors and that we've seen have all been excellent - very kind, helpful and professional. Lack of proper standards. My daughter urgently needs an with the GP due to a chronic condition, and I was told she would need to go on a waiting list to see the GP. I have never encountered such a situation, not even in the worst healthcare systems — especially when it involves a child with a chronic illness. This reflects a complete lack of training among the reception staff. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be changing centres immediately Great and responsive Hard to get an on the day but if you have something non-urgent and you're prepared to wait a week or so, they have an online booking system that works well. I saw Dr Nair and she was excellent. Have had mixed experiences with the at this but think it's important to say that there are doctors here too! Go to call at 8:30 keeps on saying user busy rather than putting you in a queue to speak to someone, and if you need documentation for something you still need to wait a week to speak to a doctor instead of the request documentation being delivered to you within the next few days. Next I try to call them they tell me I have to do it online despite the online system not working properly. They buggered up my sick note for work since I cannot do my labour intensive job with a separated shoulder, first they didn't do it for as long as required, second they're saying that they cannot back date it despite the first one being back dated. If you can go to east barwell or Chesterton then apply for one of those GP centres, if not then just pray that your won't decline here. I'm happy with the I get from this GP. If I need to be seen quickly, it usually happens within a day or two, and about 1 week or 2 for non urgent appointments. I've only seen helpful and competent doctors and nurses, and felt I've been treated really well. I've found the admin and helpful. You do have to be comfortable using the internet for all the bookings though, but not a problem for me. GPs and are all very caring. online booking and on the day appointments. Not normally late/long waiting times. I would give them lower if I could and honestly this practice should shut down as they are incapable to taking people's seriously. I have had many issues them for 3 years but what push me over the line was a complete lack of regard of someone's concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of concern and professionalism at this centre. I had call on February 17th at 10:15 AM, called regarding serious symptoms that NHS guidelines explicitly state require medical examination, yet the receptionist’s response was shockingly dismissive. Rather than offering any form of assistance, she outright stated, “We are too busy for this”, without even attempting to check for an appointment, even if it was for a later date. This level of disregard for well-being is not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. If someone lacks the basic empathy and understanding required for medical reception work, they should not be in the role at all. I work at Cancer Research UK, where our guiding principle is prevention before care—a fundamental value the NHS also upholds. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider would fail at the very first step of engagement. I will be escalating this matter to ensure action is taken because this behavior should not be tolerated in a place where people's and well-being are at stake. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately. Pointless made a for 16:20 to be made to wait 1hr before even seen by a dr then for the doctor to say they don’t do the I needed for my son even though I told the receptionist what he needed. Surely any in the area is better then anyone new signing up to a over stretched but if you’re a new to the area you probably get better treatment the patients that have been there for 20+ years Since joining this practice I’ve had nothing but experiences. From reception to to GPs they always give friendly and efficient across the board! I truly do recommend this practice. I have been registered a year ago, they are very responsive. They are very friendly. They accommodate your concerns and responds immediately. Excellent, informative to patients. First class my parents been with them around 7 years since come in to UK. My parents are very much happy with Nuffield Road, they have who are willing arrange interprator if they are unable to communicate. As I work in London , I sometimes unable to take them to doctors but the practice receptionist, nurse are always helpful with needs. Thank you so much for being great! Horrible service. I just had an for cervical screening no empathy at all, she just shoved the instrument into my thing and inspite of saying her that m uncomfortable and stop the procedure now she took a pause for 2 sec and finished the job. Never ever going again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. My victims are the best 👌. I have. Ern either them first years i have no issues and trcrp6stas and my nurse Lydia first bebetes clinic at new manager pippa I met she is amazing and professional Satisfied with the service. The with the doctor was quick, and the doctor was attentive. He scrupulously examined and questioned me. Thanks to the medical center. I have been registered in this GP for about a year now and the I’ve been receiving from them have been very good. They are accommodating and my booked are very as well and is very smooth. I was at the two weeks ago to book for my daughter, and we were able to get booked. I was happy with the they provided. It was All good. I arrived and electronically signed in then waited until my the appointed time. I was called in at the appointed and had my blood samples taken. All of it like clockwork. Efficient and polite. Roger Amazingly professional and well deserved recognition to receptionist. I'm young carer that I help for my Aunt to book appointments, help to place an order of her repeat prescriptions and help her to go to surgery. She recently had blood test, for her Long conditions and doctors and has been so good. However, two weeks ago I was asked to give review about myself in waiting room, which i find really caring. although I was not the of this I was given opportunity to give feedback! I thought that was great inclusions. Thank you for looking after my Auntie! very clean waiting room and nurse doctors room too First class been with them around 15 yrs they have looked after my needs much more than I could possibly have wished for thank you all very very much nuffield Road, my absolute appreciation will never falter and I will always remain so greatful.
