Staff, when they are there (often hiding behind “back in 30 minutes signs” stuck on locked doors) are veering between completely uninterested and rude and even obstructive. If you’re lucky, you might get a circle scrawled on a map, but set expectations very low if you want actual advice. My advice: use Google. 24/3/2014. Went in for advice on a bus return to Costa Teguise what a very unhelpful, surly woman. Couldn't of been ruder if she tried. Shouldn't be in a customer facing role at all. Excellent friendly service. Die Dame hatte keine Ahnung. Wir wollten während des Karnevals wissen wo die Busse entlang fahren, die sonst in Strandnähe verkehren. Die von ihr genannte Haltestelle wurde ebenfalls nicht angefahren. Da es der letzte Bus nach Playa Blanca war sind wir 600m den Berg hochgerannt um ihn noch zu kriegen.
