We stopped here for a day on a cruise ship. 17 euro for a cab from the port. 213 euro (325 canadian dollars) for two players with a power cart (buggy). So it is not inexpensive, but you can say you golfed in the canary islands..... Rates are crazy for the quality of the course. Greens, or should I say yellows, are not great. For the rate, you could much better courses. Needs better attention to detail. I'd been happy to pay around €60. High season rates at €122.00 of the scale. Nice golf . Quality of the green was fine . The fairways are so so , but we are on a volcanic island ! Nice but overpriced ! Staff couldn't do enough for us, very welcoming. Club Rental/buggy/green fees & food all super value. Course was in good nick. Look forward to returning with some course knowledge. I've played this course for several years, and sadly, it has declined with each visit. The greens are now in such poor condition that I won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s clear the management is no longer investing in proper upkeep, which is a real shame — this used to be a beautiful, well-designed course with some truly stunning and challenging holes. What was once a standout experience is now a shadow of its former self. Disappointing to see such a great course go to waste. I know that it must be very difficult to keep a course in good condition in this climate - with very little water and constant strong wind - but the greens especially were very poor when I visited. I do not think the course is worth the €100 to (nor €70 after 13:00). Club hire is €35 or €50 on top - and again the clubs are not worth that money. The course has a very interesting layout - it was challenging and fun to amongst the lava - and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I got to when on my holiday but I won’t again on my next visit I am afraid. Very poor conditions. I understand the issues with the environments. But one should not expect rough heigth grass in the middle of a fairway. Photo is one of the tees. Never played a course in such poor condition. Defenitly not worth the fee in my opinion. One thing though: Greens were acceptable But that was pretty much the only positive Will not there again. Course is in shocking condition, extremely patchy fairways and greens in a terrible state (some even having multiple foot sized holes about half a foot deep) . Most staff are nice except for one very angry greasy man who shouted at us for 3 mins for trying to tee off on the 9th which was apparently closed. No signage on the tee box… We were happy to pick up and move on but this man wanted to keep shouting to himself. Course is in Terrible condition - last 9 holes closed. 1 star is too much considering the green fee. Views were very nice, ocean and mountains from the tee box but for the price, the premium clubs were not good at all.
