Not so big that you lose your kids, but big enough so that there is plenty to do and it is not too packed. I also like that there is only one entrance/exit with quite a small corridor, so the can not run out as easily. Additionally, the arcade machines allow for a nice variation from all the running, jumping and climbing. A negative point is that they only offer sweets and fries with nuggets, sausage or burger (of which the quality is good) and you are not allowed to bring your own food. They should either offer some healthier options or allow you to at least bring and eat some snacks you brought yourself, as the will need something to eat at one point and not everybody likes sugar or fries. On our first visit to Jump Rheinbach we found it very enjoyable as it was the opening of the concept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and new. We have since visited a few times since the opening and we are pleased that their standards of service have not slipped! Still the staff are still friendly and helpful. Very clean and equipment in both the jump and the play gym are still at a super standard! One thing we like is the standard of the food for the parents which we always take advantage of and the are happy with their chicken nuggets and chips. Another element we like are the tv screens which makes looking for your child really easy when it’s time for them to go…a lot of the time though our do not want to leave!! Definitely worth a trip and a few hours for all the family it’s worth it as there are smiles all round. Really really indoor play place and trampoline place for kids. There are so many different activities for that they could be busy the entire day! We also had our daughters 5 year old birthday party there and it was a perfect venue for the to have a time. First time that all the are playing and I can also have a good time seating and drinking coffee without the crazy noise, as the tables are set outside the playroom and you can watch the through a big screen displaying all the cameras. So delighted and happy I picked this place, the food was good, and the staff very nice and welcoming which is not often the case in these places.
