Update 22 Nov 2023 - the manager seen my review and called the mother of my son . He apologised and explained that this was not their normal level of service . I absolutely welcome that. The not only has sharp turns, but also has ups and downs. It is an indoor so no influence of the weather outside. First timers are only allowed for 30min drive, later on they can drive for longer hours in continuation. This was a really great experience, the is easy to drive but difficult to master. Every turn gives many different options to approach depending on the situation, which makes for great races and battles for position. Staff was very friendly and very responsive during the race. I hope there are more time attack slots instead of gan prix styles, so that practice could be done before the actual race. I liked the design of the kart but there is a couple things i dont like: - the blue flag: people that are slower need to let the faster ones pass (unfair) and very unrealistic. please eco karts change that a bit. Every 2 rounds, 3 of us needed to let them pass. This flag played the most part of my 3 star rating. -kids that are underage (talking about 14,15) are not given the chance to battle against there OWN ages. In my country they almost always keep account with that. Adult are stronger and are better at handeling the karts. - THOSE ANNOYING PEOPLE THAT BUMP YOU BECAUSE YOU ARENT FAMILIAR WITH THE AND YOU CANT GO FAST BECAUSE THEN YOU WILL CRASH. - the distracting LED lights kept flashing in my face on the side of the track. Forgot to add that there where no speed moments, I feel like karting is about adrenaline and not that there are so many turns that my grandma would be dizzy if she saw them. You can do better eco karts! Only for users of Double Carts: We had a double cart as I drove with my below 10 year old child. The double cart does not come with a speed boost function like the others which is fine, as the cart was fast enough. However, the main problem was that the driver seat was not equipped with a safety belt. Allegedly "double carts" don't have that safety feature, which is shocking if true. I was not going to spoil the fun for my child as we only learned that fact at the cart and luckily we had no accident, but I would not recommend it for adults with minors unless they are above the age limit where they are allowed to drive on their own. Also: in regular carts the seat can be adjusted to the length of the legs, not so unfortunately in the double cart, where this is fixed in one position, so not so great if you are tall with relatively long legs. Last, the steering wheel was incredibly hard to turn. In essence we had good fun and apart from the above, the is well managed and staff is friendly.
