We chose Sky for team building on Friday at 17.00. It is located on the 2nd floor in Sky Tower. We filled out the form, got the card, and two keys for boxes to put our shoes. The shoes for were normal. We went to lines #11 and #12 in the middle of the hall. The table wasn't new and it was not easy to put our names, so we were happy to put the first letter at least. It was quite hot 🔥 🥵, so we decided to order some drinks in the bar 🍸 It was a bit strange because the bar did not accept the card that was given by Sky Bowling. Overall, we enjoyed the game. For 60 minutes we could play two tours. 🏆🎳 Very nice place. We booked a VIP lane, but it was not necessary, as the place is not very crowded on weekdays at 2pm. They should have warned us about the bumper on the lane (preventing the ball from sliding to the side) for children - instead, they entered it automatically at the reception desk, and my older kid was quite offended that he could not play the "adult" way. However, the prices are extremely high compared to the service provided. Thus, you can only visit it every couple of months or even more! Not a experience at all: 1) They didn’t accept cash, saying they don’t have 40zl to give back from 300zl 2) You need to pay for each individual order right there, so it doesn’t work as in restaurants, when you have a bill afterwards. Looks like they just don’t trust the guests. And yeah, with cash it just sucks 3) It was around 24C outside, and in there felt like you are in sauna. 4) The touchscreen didn’t work. 5) During the game, there was a technical issue and we started getting not all pins. They saw it, but didn’t do anything until we came and ask personally. 6) The menu gives you no choices. And btw, if you order beer, they just bring you the bottle, no glass. It’s not a big one, but the level of service is just non existent, so I needed to mention it. 7) They don’t even pretend that is a sport to them. They didn’t offer any guidance or instructor. People just throw somehow, get bad experiences and leave. 8) The selection of balls is poor. You basically don’t have it. The best you can do is go find something suitable and “steal” from other players. And of course, nobody is giving you any instructions or anything like that along the way. In general, the service is non existent at all. It get’s 2 stars because you still can play there. And I hope they’ll do something about it. It’s just not right the way it is now 🤷‍♂️ dobry miejsce dla gry w 🎳 We booked the VIP on Sunday from 7-8pm. The VIP (4 lanes) is not larger than the regular (23 lanes). The VIP is just separated from the regular by a small wall. After 7pm, it was not too crowded in the regular area, I saw only 4/23 lanes with players. While the VIP was more crowded in a smaller space because they came in very large groups, 2 groups of 12 people in total and us (2 people) :))) Fajna promocja byla The wonderful place is on the 2nd floor in the famous Skytower in Wroclaw. There are also restaurants and McDonald's (working hours till 23.00 p.m.) is on the 0 floor of Skytower. place for an evening or event with family e/o friends. WSZYSTKIE kule na każdym torze byly tłuste od oleju, przy rzucie wypadają z ręki, zerowa przyjemność z gry. Chcesz iść pograć w kręgle, idź gdziekolwiek indziej niż do tego przybytku absurdu. Bardzo miła obsługa i świetna zabawa. Kręgielnia przygotowana na bardzo wysokim poziomie Urodziny były fajne, ale na końcu wielkie rozczarowanie – jubilat dostał kręglę w strasznie zużytym stanie, porysowaną i brzydką. Gdy zapytaliśmy o to obsługę, usłyszeliśmy, że „zawsze dają używane”. To brak szacunku do klientów. Tor ciągle się psuł ale odsuga bardzo miła Chodziliśmy w sobotę w cztery osoby (na początku września). Cena wynosiła 180 zł za godzinę (wieczorem). Kiedy na dworze jest komfortowo chodzić w koszulce, bluzie, spodniach i adidasach, to tutaj było bardzo gorąco i duszno, klimatyzacja w ogóle nie działa, człowiek czuł się jak w saunie. Ja osobiście byłem w szortach i koszulce, a znajomi w spodniach :(((. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, jedną z pozycji były frytki – widać było, że smażone na oleju, który miał już dzień albo trochę więcej(Chociaż możliwe, że to taki gatunek, ziemniaki były trochę ciemniejsze niż zwykle). Tory i ekran w dobrym stanie, ale po kulach widać, że mają już za sobą długie życie. Za 2 godziny zapłaciliśmy 360 zł – moim zdaniem nie było warto. Główny minus to duchota i ciężkie powietrze. Then I called them and my reservation was made by phone. It is kinda strange. - If you order 1 alley in a VIP room then you probably will take a chair with someone else, because there are 2 alleys for 1 sofa. I liked to be here.
