Grandma's first visit with her grandchild so you pre book and pay once you arrive Lots of tables and chairs and a good area, there is a menu for everyone hot and cold food and a great drinks option Well designed play, with two areas for larger and smaller kids. Cafe with seating right next to the space. Plenty of to keep the children happy. Friendly safe environment. Hot and cold food served . Friendly helpful staff. Good for kids. One of the better barns. Cafe for snacks Nice cafe. Large for a large age range of children. Coffee and tea was of a good standard. were friendly. I think it was also reasonably priced. With the garden centre being attached, this gives you chance to rotate with plenty to look at. Great play. 3 stories of madness that any child will love. There is also a separate for smaller children, and a smaller for babies, though the larger children do tend to just use it as an extension to the main area. I had my little one's birthday party here and it was great. The were so happy and helpful. Also having someone to help with up after was amazing. Best around, with good food, not cheap but not over priced. Lose leaf tea is very good, coffee is bitter, hot chocolate is powder it's proper chocolate in the cafe so I won't get that again. are very friendly, you can tell they are under a lot of pressure in the garden centre. Timed 2hr slots and well organised. Cafe in playbarn and another in the garden centre. My son absolutely loves ed & mollys the are absolutely fantastic and my son is a bit of a regular all the know him and makes time to say hello. We love the size of the (big kid) myself lol and I must say from visit to other plays this one is by far the well maintained and the cleanliness is by far above the rest. We love the fact they do sessions and they do a inbetween for the next groups to come in. It really is a pleasure visiting. Prices are fair and a great food selection and I must say they are very knowledgeable with allergies. Wonderful and really nice cafe. My tiny grandson had a whale of a time crawling all over the until …. We found a dead rat under the foam cushions! We told a member of who quickly removed it and she said that there already were rat traps set in the so I don’t think they were surprised. Later I asked if the would be closed while a deep took place and pest control was brought in. The manager said they always wiped the down and pest control had been for a visit. I don’t know if they ever did actually close the place for a thorough clean. I don’t see how a wiping down would get rid of all traces of rat urine and faeces - they need to dismantle the whole thing and give it a thorough deep as the rats might be nesting in the foam. They also need to close it while poison and traps start to work. I’m horrified that my baby grandson was crawling about where rats had been - if my daughter hadn’t got to the rat first, a child could easily have picked it up. unsupportive of autistic son (9). He can't go into the - just wanted to sit next to me, in the cafe area, as his brother played, so we could be as a family. But we were told we would have to pay full price for him. The centre should be able to modify their rules for children who cannot use the equipment, for whatever reason. We have not had this issue at any other play. We were made to feel very unwelcome and the were dismissive and verging on rude. I went here as a child and it was definitely the best out of all the ones I went too. It’s good to see it’s still open defff recommend Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
