This McDonald’s branch had both the food and coffee shop sections open for a long time, but the experience was quite disappointing. First, they gave me the wrong — I asked for a double chicken burger, but they served me a regular chicken burger instead. Not a huge deal, but frustrating. One positive aspect is that they have a convenient washing sink area that you can access without having to go into the actual restrooms. The restrooms themselves were equipped with sensors, which is great because you don’t need to touch any handles. However, the female restroom was missing soap, which is a pretty big oversight. Additionally, the tables in the dining area were dirty, which didn’t help the overall experience. It's a McD so I came with usual zero expectations. And they were made totaly to shame. All our takeaway burgers were dry with tired texture suggesting that they were waiting for death of old age before being rudely interrupted and served. Cheese slices were a memorable part of the set, served at about 278°K, chewy but not crispy and nowhere their melting point. The entire extravaganza was topped by three apple pies doing their best to not scald our mouths or indeed not even attempt anything above room temperature. A single pickle haunted the ghost of our cheeseburger, crying out in pain for lost opportunities. Chicken nuggets were decent. No pictures, as the less shown the better. Lost 30min of the trip to settle, make to find out they don't accept Visa or MasterCard... Interior looked fresh and clean and there was some e-entertaiment for kids so there is hope and that is why I am giving 2 not 1 star. The food came right, toilets were reasonably clean, no over-the-top vandalism and the kids behind the counter looked fed. There are Germans everywhere but that is to be expected. I was waiting 20 min for my food, it was 8:15 in the morning not so much people at all Today rude staff, dirty tables - no serviettes, no straw's, the restaurant had no bums on seats- people were queuing up ...after my second the touch pc - broke down- took my money and the manageress clearly couldn't gives a monkey. Don't accept service here and a clean environment to eat your food. Today and absolutely disgrace. McDonald’s food is never great. But this was really bad.
