We've had the cheese fondue to start and it was delicious 😋. My spaghetti with crispy bacon was to die for! My girlfriend had the risotto and it was excellent. WOW — this charming patio restaurant in the center of Ambra delivered the best meal of our entire trip to Italy. From start to finish, everything was exceptional and offered at an incredible value. We loved the house wines and the beautifully presented bruschetta board, but it was the pasta dishes that truly stole the show: pappardelle with rich wild boar ragù, creamy risotto with tomatoes and basil, spaghetti with perfectly smoky bacon, and a gnocchi with truffle and bacon that was absolutely unforgettable. Each dish somehow topped the last. The restaurant was packed from the moment we arrived, drawing diners from well beyond this tiny town — and it’s easy to see why.
