The price to access the and spa area combined is very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The are clean and all lockers seem to work well. The facilities are also clean and well maintained. My only slight criticism is that the whole large was put to lane swimming only, meaning that if you wished to just relax in the water you needed to use the smaller shallower pool. I have no objection to lane swimming however perhaps take away two lanes, combine them and allow that area for open swimming in the larger pool. Hygiene here is absolutely shocking - I would honestly rate it 0 if I could. The are filthy, clearly not cleaned for months, and the dirt build-up is disgusting. On top of that, they are tiny, making it extremely difficult to manage with children. The policy also makes no sense: people from outside are allowed to walk straight through the in outdoor shoes and even walk around the area in them, which is extremely unhygienic. The water itself is far from clean and leaves a lot to be desired. facilities not to my liking,main always only at 25m and even when it goes to full length half of it is use for teaching so hence I did not renew my membership again I regularly use it for the gym and for a leisure centre gym it has everything. It's a really good size. A hell of a lot bigger than a lot of private gyms I've been to in the past. The family deal really works well. We came to use the soft play but was told it closes at half 3 on a Sunday but normally stays open til 4! Vending machines are always out of order! The mens toilets in the are absolutely disgusting. Viewing gallery is never open to the public! It is such a let down in many ways. Well run local council leisure facility with a full range of activities for everyone! This is terrible. Yesterday there were so many people that it was at times dangerous. Whoever is responsible should be fired immediately. Furthermore, the water in the children's area is very cold. They keep closing the children's pool. The are very dirty. All the staff working there should be replaced with competent employees. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it.
