The personal isn't mean, but you also don't really get the feeling they're super happy you're there. If you just want to bowl it's okay, but it's really nothing special. Top DJ Just fine. When its busy you cant even order food anymore, ridiculous! Go to another bowling house We visited Bowlhaus Winterberg with our family last week, what a nice place! The Bowlhaus also has a pool table and other games can be played too (darts, boxing machine, table football). Super service, nice people! :-) bowling is fun in general, but at this location it is hard to find... the staff is unfriendly, the game is outdated (which caused the game to glitch several times), the pins sometimes came down randomly which made it frustrating ( while you are supposed to play this for fun🤡.all in all you better go to LEbertiGO even as a 24 year old man. In German people would call the place: Scheiße worst service i have ever had, Manuela with the Karen haircut started yelling at us for not ordering drinks!! Do NOT go here! (Reaction on your reply): You guys are saying that we misbehaved when you guys were screaming at us when we came asking for help when your bowling lanes were not working properly, after that you quoted that because we didn’t order drinks you guys didn’t want to help and kept screaming “GO HOME” even though we were barely halfway through our time. The worst thing is that it wasn’t just an employee who screamed at us, it was the manager that could not behave formally. That is the pinacle of greed. You can not keep on and go lying to people who actually wanted to just enjoy some time bowling. Honestly don’t know if the woman was overworked or racist.
