We went up and walked around the lake for a while. When we heard the announcements, we went back to the point we got off. But two women working there and a man who was their manager told us we couldn't get on. They were very rude and said us you have to walk. We were only 5 minutes late and the car was still running. In the meantime, many people came and got on because they were staff. I insisted on them for about 15 minutes we get on with them but they packed up their work and got on the car without looking at our faces and left us there. It was almost dark, we were alone on the hill with my wife and 3 children. Despite all my requests, they left without taking us. We found our way through the dark forest with the help of navigation and phone lights and arrived at our hotel after about 50 minutes. We were all very scared and worried. I will never forget that man, he has no human qualities or management skills. A family that comes as guests should not be left like this. Especially on such a beautiful Christmas Evening! We paid 57€ for tickets and only went up once, unfortunately it was disappointing!!
