The two things that I thought was a bit messy was the an organisation of the rooms meaning that you do them randomly and therefore you don’t know if you’ve done all of them at all which gets very confusing. Also, because there is no order and you can get quite busy it means that you may not get a chance to do all the rooms which we did fortunately. I think some of the activities are quite hard even for adults which is a bit of a disappointment. Overall, it is a good experience, especially if you’re someone who enjoy physical activities. One last thing to note is that we went during Easter and they were giving away some Easter chocolate and also discounts if you find some cards. We did find the two sets of cards and yet they only give us chocolate not the discount so why advertise the service that you won’t deliver? So I would say customer service is quite low in my book.
