Needs a bit of maintenance to the shower but otherwise fine. The free launderette was a bonus. We were a family of four, so my wife and I let our girls share the double bed in the bedroom. We had the sofa bed. Wasn't the comfiest but I'll live. Probably book again. Good value, but during my one-night stay in 1st floor (32) with 2 friends I slept on a sofa bed which creaked loudly every time I moved & was not very comfortable. The people in the above kept me awake half the night as someone kept moving around & the floor was very creaky. The bedding was not very nice quality & the bath base was very flimsy & not easy to stand on when taking a shower (which actually was a very good rain shower). The had a decent amount of equipment & a few coffee pods etc (but no milk!). It had off-street parking which was good. The location was also handy to walk 5 mins to the centre of St Omer. In summary it was good value, but not great quality. Very clear instructions for access and for parking. was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities providing everything we would need. Would stay again when we are in the area next. Saint-Omer is a lovely town with a nice atmosphere so highly recommended. The is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It was really easy to find and the instructions for self check in were really clear. The centre of Saint-Omer is within walking distance and has many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We did not realise when we booked here that 1 has access to a Jacuzzi! What a treat! And we were even supplied with a small bottle of Champagne. Thank you so very much. Just stayed again in the studios our fifth time. Every studio has been cosy, clean and tidy. They are well equipped with every thing you need for a great stay. The location is perfect just a 7 min walk to the city square . Easy parking with lots of space, cannot wait to book again soon. Lovely week spent in St Omer and surrounding area. ideally suited for evening walk to town centre for food and drink. Handy for supermarket too so well placed. Only issue with accomodation was entrance hall and small steps to first floor as I have a knee problem but once inside everything as you'd expect. Car parking off road was reassuring although a little tight. Would recommend. The quality of the spacious warm accommodation, cleanliness and all the kitchen and other equipment you need for a self catering stay was outstanding. Great location for walking into town centre and visiting the local area perfect . Secure off road parking a bonus . Hope to return ! What a find! Superb apartment. Very large, very clean and very quiet. 10 minute walk into St Omer. We wished we could have stayed longer! I stayed for almost three months in the flat Le Spacieux (2 persons). Very comfortable flat, with all the amenities for a long stay (well equipped and clean kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds and high speed internet). The flat is located in the centre of Saint Omer, close to the cathedral, the market, shops and restaurants. I recommend this flat for long and short stays.
