As far as McDonald’s in Germany go, I would say this one is slightly above average. Clean interior and exterior, decent quality for the food, and good matcha latte. Worth stopping by for a quick meal whilst traveling by or heading out of the city. Everything ok. Easy to find. Food was pretty good and the atmosphere was good as well. The manager seemed like she was mad at something I don't know why. There was a guy who spoke English and he was very nice. The restaurant was clean and neat looking. Thankfully, there were plenty of window booths inside, so we could comfortably watch them while they played. The food was surprisingly good—German McDonald’s can be hit or miss, but this location did a great job. There was a small hiccup with our order when they gave us the wrong sandwich, but the staff quickly corrected the mistake. They also had a large selection of desserts, which was a nice bonus. We waited for a bigmac and a happy-meal for over 30 minutes. Seemed like only a single staff member was foing the work : cleaning, giving out food... everyone else was just standing there and doing absolutely nothing in the interest of this restaurant. Didnt like it. At least the food was good. You cant completely ruin McDonald's food. additionaly there was this tablet for children, but it was really bad. First, they prepared only a drink from my entire order. When I said that this wasn’t my full order, one of the employees literally started yelling at me in some foreign language that I didn’t even understand.🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ When they finally brought the rest of my food, the same woman came again and started yelling at another employee right next to my ear 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ She was extremely rude and impolite to everyone around. I was told that she is the shift manager — but this person clearly does not deserve to be in any managerial position 🤷🏼‍♀️ My friend and I ordered two menu meals (burger, fries and drink) and we waited for 40 minutes. After that my burger was lukewarm when I got it. Arrive here around 4 pm. The Manager was very rude, the Service staff are day dreaming. Food was cold. Its like there is no one to control the place. Waste of money. The service was slow, we waited for our order for half an hour, even if there was no more than 15 people. The food was stale and tasteless, obviously left over from yesterday. The restaurant itself was clean, but overall it's not worth your money. They even managed to make coke taste horrible, and didn't even add ice in it. The French fries were dry, and I don't even want to start on cheeseburgers we ordered.
