Sicily is very nice, Cefalu is very nice. And this waterfront walk is....fine. But there are so many of these in the world....and we've seen many. Nice views, a good number of restaurants, beaches to get some tan, some shops and street stalls. It's all fine, but it's just nothing outstanding. And then there's the huge crowds in summer. On the Lungomare not that bad, but on the there's a real meat-salad. Completely overcrowded....luckily we didn't come for the beach, but for the old town. Don't get me wrong, the views are nice, the water is blue, the walk is good as well (hot in high season), but we just felt like a bit of a Deja-Vu. More of the same. But definitely worth to come, because you really shouldn't miss the streets and lanes of beautiful Cefalu. Lots of interesting shops and stores, buildings and churches. Have a quick walk, but focus on the old town. Excellent 2 km coastline walkable several meters out to sea while remaining above water (shallow), and surfable with terrific views of La Roca and the historical center of old town Cefalù This location must not be missed We took a boat trip to swim in the beautiful blue and enjoyed a day just chilling out and being in awe of the beautiful surroundings Wonderful beach, and at some places also ideal for little children. Maybe could be crowded during main season though. Nice ice cream place just outside 👌 don't get in heat of day lol doesent last long. Nice to spend a relaxed day at the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Ample parking space We love this passage and the 🏖 of Cefalù. It’s one of the most beautiful among the coast. You can go to the at lungomare, also for sun sets amazing view and for food and drinks you have a plenty of restaurants. We love to take a walk in the evening at the lungomare passage.
