We arrived on the 6th April'25 for a weeks stay with touring caravan. This site is excellent, family owned and run. Great fully serviced pitches in lovely surroundings. Toilet blocks are spotless. Great dog walk through the woods. We arrived early due to early ferry crossing but it wasn't an issue and we're shown to our pitch, we understand that this might not be the case in the busy season but I'm sure they would always do their best to accommodate. We will certainly be staying again in the future Geoff and debbie Beautiful peaceful site, with possibly the best toilet facilities including family wash rooms. Large level pitches with sun and shade set in a stunning woodland, yet just minutes away from a large tesco and towns. We opted to use the buses from the stop just outside the site as it was easier and cheaper than parking when visiting local towns. Very relaxing stay and we even managed to see a red squirell. We hope to return soon We stayed here for 10 nights in August for our first visit to the Island, This is one of the best campsites that I've ever stayed on, the pitch was big and level, the facilities all looked new and were kept extremely clean and tidy, there are Bus stops located right at bottom of the entrance road for easy and cheap access around the island, Pat and the other staff were extremely helpful and friendly offering some great advise for us being first timers to the island. We will definitely be returning next year, Thank you all for a great holiday. Our 3rd stay at Whitefield Forest but our 1st stay in one of their new lodges. FABULOUS! Underfloor heating, luxury walk in shower, tasteful interior design, well equipped kitchen, bi-fold doors so you can watch the abundant wildlife in your own back garden. Pet friendly. Our dog loved lying on her bed gazing out of the bi-folds! Woodland Walk around the site a step out of the door. Stayed in one of their luxury lodges, wow is all I can say. This place is incredible. Wildlife in abundance outside the window of our lounge, red squirrels, wood peckers, great tits, blue tits etc etc. The lodge has everything you need, dishwasher, fridge, underfloor heating & wood burning stove. It was also immaculate. 5 stars all the way, you will not be disappointed one bit.
