Penrith, United Kingdom Festival

One of the Best Places To Visits in Lowther Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Best in the north of England been going for 13 years now and it never disappoints. always something to see and do Amazing event, Overall, an outstanding however the Frontier Live-in vehicle area is too far a walk to the arena. It forced us to decide to only make one journey, there and back per day! A large scale Music up north, its nearer to Penrith than Kendall, gets sold out quickly, 4 stars as 2025 wasnt the best line up at all compared to previous 4 years but thats a Personal preference. Third year to this picturesque festival. Another lineup something for everyone. Rain wasn’t going to stop the fun with friends. Staff were quick to help tow the less fortunate out of the mud we drove straight out. Only down side not being a lover of brewdog was the lack of other choices of lager but other ciders and hooch made up for it. We attended here doing recovery on the carparks, as they get very very muddy. The festivle its self was great, my 3 girls loved it. It can be quite expensive, food drink etc but a cracking weekend a proper camping festivle. The carparks can be hard work, but thats why we where there to help with the mud. weekend. Highly recommended and well worth going !! festival, very well organized and the bar staff here are some of the hardest working and friendliest I have had the pleasure to meet! Well unlike many of the people who attend Kendal Calling I worked there and loved it despite my long, tiring shifts. The public were friendly and we had a interaction and the shows and other events are great. The British weather was also in accordance with everyone Brill place and had a wonderful 4 days loads of stall music places relaxing zones Excellent well run with music, food and drink. Camping was and you can get away from the 24 hour party people if you wanted to. KC 24 was the third time we have been and won't be the last 2024 Kendal Calling was superb. line up this year, Octoberfest tent was brilliant and really food stalls Wow! Had an amazing time at Kendall Calling! Hope to be there again! festival, bands, atmosphere, been 4 times , will be back again 😊 Haven on the earth for everyone. Can have a chilled or can go wild til 3am! Great balance & family friendly! Excellent camp sites, or a 24hr party camping field for youngsters. Just be prepared for 'the hill' from the car park! Excellent weekend! Layout is great, loads of bars and eateries. Need more toilets nearer the stages and more in the campsites. Waited 3 hours to leave the general carpark on Monday morning, even an hour would have been ok but 3 hours is just nowhere near in anyway ok. Must be fixed for future festivals, it's dangerous to add this drive time to your car journeys. my first was definitely not disappointing. atmosphere and decorations paired with a huge variety of food and drink made the well worth the money. the only gripe would be the inflated prices for food and drink however I understand that's a given for events like these. would definitely recommend this to any music lovers out there. festival, bit hilly but not unmanageable for most people. variety of acts, ages and mix of people. value for money. Had a fantastic time. Such a variety of stuff to see and get involved in. Embrace it for what it is 😊 Had an awesome time would highly recommend for family's teens and mid ages solo. Kendal Calling 2025 was fantastic! The site itself, on the grounds of Lowther Castle, is glorious. Rolling fields and mystic woodlands. The main stage was rocking all weekend, but the smaller tents made just as much of an impact. Imo Scouting for Girls should have headlined the main stage, but the Kaiser Chiefs, the Courteneers, and the Prodigy all deserved their place! Every food outlet that we tried was delicious 😋 and the queues for food were very manageable, as there was so much to choose from. The toilets and showers on our camp site, The Deer Lodge, were very good, restocked and cleaned often. We even had a bar, a coffee van and 2 pizza vans on our site, who also made rolls on sausage and bacon in the mornings! The toilets in the arena are terrible, but this is understandable with the amount of people there. The best part was the silent disco, which starts in the woodlands at 11pm. The woodlands are all lit up with thousands of fairy lights and a huge Earth artpiece called Gaia and you can wander round the woods day and night. It's a idea to prebook your headphones for the silent disco as they do run out. 3 DJ's on the decks in the woods and you can tune into all 3 on your headphones. fun! 10 out of 10 for Kendal Calling. And we're all booked up for next year! Best this year. Great line up, no massive queues, cleanish loos and occasionally toilet paper!! Loved Oktoberfest and the silent disco. Well done! Been there soooo many times, absolutely incredible festival, everyone is friendly, everywhere in the arena is just a short walk away, plenty of food and drink options, prices are what you would expect. Kendal Calling was amazing, weather, music. Well organised. A fantastic weekend Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
