Everything was a 5 star experience! It's affordable and fun. Definitely recommend it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had an amazing on Saturday 27th September. First time paddle boarding and part of an anniversary weekend. The young lady was most helpful giving us instructions. Facilities were excellent, location excellent and wetsuit/board high quality. The staff are all highly professional, with the highest regard for safety and clear instructions, while remaining very friendly and encouraging. A special thank you to the instructors and boat captain for their persistence in taking us out on Ullswater on a very rainy day and making sure the groom-to-be among our cohort had such a special day despite the conditions! It was extremely busy yesterday as we expected but thought we’d chance a visit as we stayed last year and loved it so we visited just for the day yesterday, from the guy who helped us park, he had hearing aids and was lovely with my little boy who wears them. Then two lovely girls who helped us with our paddle boards, we saw one of the girls from last year and she was lovely then as well, we had to wait but we expected to and they couldn’t of been any nicer to us, made sure my son had the right life jacket on and give good demos, we can’t wait for more nice weather so we can come back.
