What a lovely place to stay. The cottage/house we are currently staying in is absolutely perfect. It is cleaned to such a high standard, everything was literally sparkling. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Marina Village is very close to the ferry which is what we liked and a 10/15 minute walk into Bowness, location perfect. There is an office on site which is good if you need any help, staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very quiet area, no noise at all. Lovely pub/restaurant on site. Parking is not an issue at all. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Windward apartment 2 is a beautiful top floor apartment overlooking the marina. Everything in the apartment is of really excellent quality and is also dog friendly 👌. Perfect 3 night stay in Apartment 45 - we could not fault anything in this spacious, luxurious and incredibly comfortable accommodation. Spotlessly clean, finished to a high spec, everything you could possibly need provided. The huge terrace area is an amazing space and the fact that it is covered means that you can use it even if it's raining (you have to remember that there is a reason why the lakes are here !!) Contact with staff by phone, email and in person was very easy - everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly, professional, informative and helpful. The location is perfect with a lovely walk in to the centre of Bowness with spectacular views. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend.
