Really good fun. Gets though, so go when people are eating. The waves are every half hour. The lazy river gets busy, but is worth the crowds. They sell waterproof camera cases for the as you are allowed to use them. Buy one on amazon for 1/4 of the price. Heated floors in the changing rooms and wet clothes spinners to get out the excess water. Everything is cashless. Open till late I've fond memories of swimming with the kids here over the years, but it's looking tired and whilst the outside remains open, the rest of the top level is cordoned off and being renovated. No cabanas and in need of freshening up. The children really enjoyed the pool. The centre has Four main slides plus a couple smaller ones. Good area for toddlers and babies. The main also has a wave machine. There is a rapids section and a couple of heated outdoor pools. There is standard where activities like aqua jetting are carried out. Having visited almost all of the center parcs site. This one is has the lowest standards we feel. It used to be an oasis site but was taken over by center parcs so doesnt have the same luxury feel as the other sites. The needs alot of maintenance lots of mineral deposits around the edges and discoloured and or cracked tiles. Sildes were closed for maintenance, which surely should be done after close or something not slap bang in the middle of a weekend. Wait time in some of those slides was ridiculous. Over an hour for a water slide. All that aside, my daughter loved it. Really great for kids. Well staffed with both lifeguards, cleaners and other staff who all were really friendly. Absolutely one of the best swimming pools I've been to in the UK, so many different features to the pool, there is plenty to keep children, teens and adults entertained for hours. There is a seperate area for young ones and exciting rides accessible to most over 1.2m tall. For those that can't swim too well, there are free buoyancy aids dotted about. When you get tired, there is always a coffee shop to recharge. A really good, well equipped pool. We enjoyed the rapids and the waves but they have a free water slides that can be enjoyed too, a whirlpool and some outdoor sections. It can get at peak times so I’d recommend going late afternoon/evening. Great pool, can get at peak times but at night or early morning off peak it is very nice and quiet and you can get on all the rides without queues. Overall a nice experience. When I had an issue staff members were friendly; so not sure what some people here are on about saying the staff members are rude. There’s some minor TLC needed, but nothing serious - everything is in good shape and functional. During our visit all pools, flumes, canyon ride and the tropical cyclone were open and working. Changing rooms could use a little more ventilation - they do get very stuffy. A few sun loungers would be a great addition. Fantastic at Centre Parcs at Whinfell Forest. Suitable for all ages, with dedicated areas for little ones. Slides, Flumes, Rapids, Wave big enough that even when it's still good. There's also benefit of Outdoor heated with chairs on side to lounge on in the sun. Plus added visit by a Duck swimming around the people in the pool, kids loved that. Cafe serving hot and cold drinks plus food even Alcohol if that's required. Major bonus for us as a family- you can take your phone in and use it for photos and videos. We took tons of pics and videos which you can't usually do in Public Pool. Fantastic place 🤩 tho I suppose if you come here in the school holidays can be a little bit loud from all the kids screaming around 😂 this is a family orientated place 😍 clean heated pools all over, including the outdoor pools, plenty of lockers, plenty changing units, hair dryers , swimsuit dryers, big unit for drying whole family etc Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
