We've done most of the and thoroughly enjoyed each of them. The Jester is tough, but clever. We intend to do the Sub Zero very soon! Disappointed on this occasion. We have done all the and decided to try the Sub Zero as a pre Christmas treat. We didn't manage to as we got stuck on one bit and couldn't really progress beyond it. The alarm went off signalling the end of the room, normally a member of comes and gets you and they can explain how things should have gone etc but after waiting 15mins we let ourselves out of the using the green button and made our own way through the buikding to reception, where again nobody spoke with us. We gathered our coats etc from the lockers and then asked the girl at the desk to release the door so we could leave. This isn't our usual here but we felt forgotten about today, and what made it worse was a friend who was home on holiday from Australia was with us and we felt a bit embarrassed at how things were handled (not the actual itself, which is very challenging). Hopefully won't happen again This was the best I have ever had, not because the was so well designed and extremely challenging or the fact they had 10 other to try out or the fact we had the funniest of our lives. This was the best because of Tony. Words can not describe how he made the whole experience. I would move my entire family into each so we can spend more with that man. You have to visit and ask for Tony, side note he makes a smashing flat white in Starbucks if you ask nicely. We completed our second at Escapade yesterday . First we played Jester, this Houdini. Houdini was excellent , game flow, a well thought out logical process . The decor was excellent . We have played for years and played all over Europe - our experiences here sit up there amongst our favourites especially Houdini. Both times we had Anna as game master - she is a credit to the company - friendly , helpful , pleasant and encouraging . We can’t wait to come back Brilliant, a in safe hands - highly recommended. A and highly recommended - we will be back! The manager (Tony) and lead (Dean today, and Finn yesterday on booking) plus all of today's team (Grace & Ciara) combined to deliver a superb package for my daughter's 16th birthday group of 8 bright/sporty teenage girls. I booked 2 packages to run simultaneously, Alien 51 and Jester, with 4 girls in each - and they were all absolutely buzzing when they reunited again at the end of it. The packages are superb, engaging, stimulating and sufficiently complex to focus their minds and provide a healthy intellectual stretch. The managed both groups extremely well, it was clear from the start that we were in safe hands and they provided just the right mix of inputs and clues throughout. Dean, Grace and Chiara were all commendably engaged and clearly have a passion for this, plus the right touch and chemistry to deliver a wonderful experience. A afternoon, blending challenge with reward and fun, and I highly recommend this for any teenagers. Thanks Dean, Finn, Grace and Chiara for having us today - we will be back! We brought our senior summer scheme here. It was a big hit, everyone came back out buzzing with joy at solving all the puzzles. The looked after our big group so well, so organised and very friendly. We'll definitely return next year. AVOID LKE THE PLAGUE biggest waste of £50 EVER! Attended with my 14 year old son who had been before and done the jail which he enjoyed so he asked me to take him on my night with him. He didn’t want to do the same so we done Save the City! Upon entering the reception all I could smell was smelt like raw sewage. I ask the employee what the smell was and she said it was to do with the ice rink and something about maintaince working on it anyway a smell hardly end of the world. We did the brief, instructions seems pretty straight forward. 1 hour to complete pick up the phone any issues. Employee took us to your and started us of. I’m a 42 year old tech literate guy and the first clue was to look at the computer. Surely a simple task…….. no spent 10 trying to get it it work with no joy rang the help phone and guy me what to do, I him that is exactly what I had been doing and it was saying incorrect command. so the guy came down and tried himself didn’t work so he had to restart the computer. was now near 20 in and we had only got to our first clue as the computer was working again after he restarted it. Bit frustrating but all seemed to be working okay till a few clues later ago I was inputting an answer that we were 99% certain was correct and it said incorrect, we tried every available option and even rechecked. After 5 rang the help desk again for 10th and guy us the answer to clue and I him that is what I had been entering so I then got my son to renter the answer he gave us and still didn’t work! 35 in and lost all faith in the not enjoyable in the slightest in fact very stressful and embarrassing to get made out like like we were stupid yet the couldn’t even get it to work! we left 25 early were quite cheeky when I voiced my frustration and was to stop talking down to them. Sorry if you can’t listen to a frustrated father who has just had his 1 night a week he spends with his son ruined and get charged £50 the for pleasure ️ Then don’t work in a public facing role! Not even an offer of refund or voucher to use again! SAVE YOUR MONEY AVOID! Have attached proof of my visit inc booking ref incase my review is disbelieved classed as untrue! This place charges a very high amount of money so for £50 for an hour you would expect the game to play flawless not for customers to sit for 15 thinking they are trying to solve a clue when in fact the computer has malfunctioned and needed intervention to make it work as intended and the game actually play as the advertised! Then when the computer malfunctions again get made out that your stupid and it takes someone with (a bit whit to solve them!) 😡 Had a fantastic at Escapade HQ last night. Enjoyed the we booked so much we stayed to do another! The team really make the effort too and get you pumped up which is great. So much thought and detail goes into the rooms, with lots of hidden tricks and really cool effects. We will definitely be back to try the challenge of the newest room! Thanks again to everyone at Escapade HQ who provided such an entertaining evening for our friend’s visit! time. We done the detained and had fun. It is puzzling and tricky. You get 3 clues to use throughout your and get a screen to show even more clues. A lot of teamwork is needed. for a group of 4 people. The end is abit scary because of the dim lights and creepy music. You need to find keys and codes for this and it is an overall adventure. I would really recommend this if you have a day to spend with family or friends. was even more helpful than you could imagine. Anna was helping us through our journey Can’t thank Tony and the rest of the at Escapade enough! We took my nephew for his 12th birthday who has additional needs and the could not have been more smooth. The detained is definitely one for a group and a proper sense of achievement when you complete it. The task itself was so well thought out to every minor detail. Top job from all involved and will definitely be back to try more of the rooms! I took my two younger brothers (16 and 11) to escapade over the Easter break. None of us had done an before, but we’d all been wanting to try one and escapade was recommended to me by a friend. My youngest brother has Autism so I was somewhat anxious before that the might be too claustrophobic/overwhelming for him, and I expressed these concerns to the young man I was speaking to on the phone. He assured me that they often receive bookings where individuals have ASD within the group and that they’d be more than happy to make any kind of accommodations we might require. He took my number and said that his manager would call me back shortly and that he’d be better suited to get into the specifics of how they could help. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call from a lovely gentleman named Tony, who reiterated his colleagues promises of aiming to help in any way they could, and also noted that the was under constant surveillance, and that their are diligently at the ready to jump in and help or remove individuals if they feel necessary. Hearing this was greatly comforting, so I decided to go ahead and book. We arrived just before our session was due to begin and went straight into the safety briefing where, I have to say, they did an outstanding job of making sure my youngest brother understood the rules and knew how the worked. My youngest brother really struggles with being attentive when he’s excited, but they were so good in making sure he was paying attention, speaking to him one on one. I continued to be super impressed by the customer service and care here. Following the brief we started our room- we picked ‘Detained’ which was fun, although we might have been a little ambitious in our ability seeing as this was a 7/10 difficulty 😂 but we got there in the end (with very little help). The had such a fun theme and my brothers absolutely loved it. I cannot commend Tony and his wonderful, personable enough- they were so reassuring and accommodating and for sure made the visit far, far more enjoyable and memorable. Cannot wait to get back 🙌 First ever doing an room, was alot of fun, big thanks to Dean and Josh for when we needed the help. The Magic Emporium is definitely a good choice for any Harry Potter fans. Will definitely be back to try one of the other rooms. Had so much fun on our last family visit a few months ago, we then decided to go back and have a go at the 'Jester' room. member, Emma was fantastic at explaining the rules of the game to us, and then we got locked in and were left to it. We conquered the Jester room, though only with a number of seconds left on the clock. Will def return to try another as there are so many to choose from. experience. Thank you. The was FREEZING. Really, really unpleasant. A video briefing was not ideal. For most we do the scene-setting of the make whole experience, but this was lacking. The itself had a few bugs that should have been fixed. We wasted AGES because we weren't that a name should have been first name only rather than first name, last name. Also we were to look for a red button, this didn't exist and again we wasted loads of for it. Also, no torches provided in the dark meant we had to use our phone lights. Me and my partner done detained, it was our second with escapade and we thought it was amazing! Ellie and Daniel were the two people on shift when we were there and we couldn’t of been more thankful for their kindness and helping us whenever we needed a clue, lovely members of and will definitely be back again. :) Played the Jester room, not for the weak minded 🤣 was brilliant and Kiera our saviour got us out when was up. 5/5 would recommend for those actually looking a challenge in a solid built Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
