This place is a paradise!!! We arrived today with our 4 year old daughter and have been pleasantly surprised by this place Firstly the staff were friendly and attentive. The premises were inside and outside. The fact that it was so and well maintained showed us that it is a place we can feel confident taking our daughter as here are obviously on their hands and feet a lot. It's very well presented with colourful banners posted above each door and entrance to guide and attract people's attention. This place is gated by a security lock which is controlled by a member of staff. This is a great piece of mind as can't just run out as they could in the in Newcastle!! They have a good selection of food and drink in their canteen area. This has got to be the best location I have seen to date and my daughter has been to many. I highly recommend it!! Superb fun place for children up to around ten years of age. Multifaceted surface adventure zone, sensory stimulation room and a separate gentler for toddlers. Party rooms for birthday celebrations, cafe serving hot food, toilets and well mannered helpful staff. Free carpark with disabled bays. Incredibly area, didn't see my son for a very long time cuz he was so busy. At other Centres he'd be back and forth wanting reassurance, snacks and drinks but here, if we say we saw him six times in the whole two hours that would be the height of it. Separate gated for The Teenyboppers which is good, but everyone was everywhere playing together when we were in. Will definitely be back This is an indoor centre, offering unique experience that combines fun & Learning for children. They also have themed zones designed to develop key skills like motor skills & team-work. Took my son here recently for a birthday party. Nice ambience for special events. Kudos to the team! Took my to their cousin's birthday party they had a great day. Place is so and the girls working there where just lovely so helpful and nothing to much trouble. Food for the was amazing was really surprised by portion size. Would definitely recommend for children's party's 🎉🥳 One of only two plays in the North that has a gated toddler and can be pre-booked online (that I've found anyway). Both a big plus for me & my 2 toddlers as one of them is a runner. It's never too crowded and the toddler is huge. My boys love it here. Separate sensory room is a great addition too.
