I had the scampi and hubby had the fish. Everything was to perfection!!!! We will definitely be back x Don't take kids, if they make a noise "yer woman" will look down her nose at them. Use to be a decent place to have a "family" lunch sadly looks like those days are gone. Don't think we will be back for a while, if ever. Lunch times can be extremely busy so be prepared for a long wait, once you've placed your order. You can't book in advance but there are lots of tables so getting seated shouldn't be a problem. when my husband and I got engaged back in 2021 he took me here for something to eat and I knew that day that I wanted my wedding venue here..2025 it happened. On the lead up to the day Tyler drew us out a seating plan to help with knowing where to seat everyone, they allowed us to leave our cake into the venue the day before, the price per head was absolutely amazing!!! The food was beautiful (which I had no doubt about because the food here always is), the atmosphere was brilliant, staff were brilliant. McConnells helped make our wedding day special.
