Tonight there was no table at all. The waiter was only busy with making fun with his friends who were also there..and showing photos on his mobile to the friends. We tried to get the attention.. But after waiting 10 minutes with no seeing any staff while they knew we entered as they seated us, we left the place. At this place you have 50% change you will be served slowly and 50% change for not being served at all. In short: place to avoid.. bar/restaurant on the waterfront. Food was very big portions, especially for the price. The prego sandwich was good. The steak and tender, covered in garlic butter. My friends toasts were very big and stuffed full of ingredients. Outdoor space is in the afternoon sun. Lazy cocktail venue on the Barreiro riverfront. Good selection, slightly more pricey than average though. Relaxed seating with arguably the best views of Lisbon this side of the Tagus river. Parking can be a challenge - plan accordingly. Excellent food and view. Very personal that trying to do all for you good mood. Especially waitress. Very place, good location and views. I give only 3 stars because of a few small but important details. Every time I go there, the staff removes the menu from the table after bringing the first drink, also not all menus are given, such as for whisky, etc. To me this creates a limited and strained experience, a bit more pro with attention to detail is needed. 2025-05-16 at 15:30hs downgrade from 3 to 2 stars caused by terrible attitude from waitress, and cold coffee. atmosphere, good and cocktails. and cocktails according to prices live music sessions also, I openly recommend this place Reasonable prices on drinks, mesmerising view over Tagus river, and delicious food/snacks. This place has it all! I’m really disappointed with my experience at Camarro Barreiro. It was meant to close at 2:00 am, but when I arrived at 1:16 am, I was told they weren’t taking any more orders because they were closing. I had travelled there just to enjoy a drink, and it ended up being a waste of time. It felt like pure laziness from the staff, definitely not the I was expecting. Had a lovely few drinks in here. The guy who served us was extremely helpful and friendly. Which encouraged me and my friend to have more cocktails 😂 Always serving the best mocktails and the best petit gateau 😋 Unfortunately the drinks are very iced A drop off drink and lot of if to top it up I have been here before and was more but after few months out of town a came back to remember the good times I have with my wife but completely disappointed Service are ok 👍🏽 lots of staffs around looking at you and they realise that when I have to ask for a second shot of drink to top up my cocktail to have a taste off drink Very bad customer service, the guy instead of attending us was playing inside with the other colleagues. 0 attention to the esplanada customers.
