I recently visited this bowling alley and unfortunately, I can only give it a one-star rating. When we arrived, we were greeted by an unfriendly staff member who informed us that there were 14 groups ahead of us waiting to play, which is understandable for a Saturday. When we asked about the expected wait time, he replied that he didn't know and suggested it might be quite long. He handed us a ticket with our group number, leaving us in the dark about whether the wait would be 20 minutes or 5 hours. So, we decided to take a one-hour stroll, and when we returned, we found that our ticket had been skipped, and they had already called our number. The staff member told us there was no tolerance and that we had to take a new ticket. There were now 40 groups ahead of us, and we didn't know how much time it would be again, so we decided to leave.
