The place is nice, many trampoline options, however, the whole experience for parties is terrible. We paid for a 2.5 hour party, $35 per kid (not cheap) and they didn't give us a room until hour 2. They say you get a room, but it's only for 30 min. The were thirsty and hungry. When I asked if they could at least get us water, two staff members (separately!) suggested they should drink from the bathroom sink! They don't have a water fountain! In the end, after much complaining someone got the a jug of water. For a place where are jumping around, not having a fountain for water is a major issue. Nice place to come and play, but not worth for a birthday party. For that money, go somewhere else. place were children's and adults can have some fun. It have parking space, bar and a space were parents can be while waiting. Well organised. Excelent place for Indoor ativity with Fun place to spend time. Equipment could be better, but still okay. Important: the session starts from the beginning of the hour, e.g. if you come 13:45, you have to wait until 14:00 to start. Friendliest stuff, clean trampolines. Lots of jumping options, plus climbing wall and 'zip line'. Promotions for weekdays (like two hrs at a price of one). This place is great, I love everything about it, but it’s kinda full but if you wait a maximum of 2-3 minutes on some trampolines, you’ll be able to play. We visited JumpYard Lisbon with our (4 and 10 years old), and they absolutely loved it! The place is well-organized, the staff is friendly, everything is clean, and safety is a top priority. There's a KidsZone with slides and soft play areas for little ones, while older can enjoy trampolines, the Ninja Course, and SkyRider. Parents can watch from the café on the second floor. There are lockers and changing rooms, and socks are provided for free. The only downside is that it gets very crowded on weekends, so book in advance. A spot for active family fun – we’ll definitely be back! A place for to burn off some energy. This place was fun , everyone is organized by a time slot . Clean , good atmosphere Always a experience! Very organized, even when it's busy. The staff are kind and helpful. Most of them are able to speak English with me too. My child really enjoyed Jump Yard, but please can you tidy up the terrible mess of wrist bands outside your property. It gives a really bad impression… This is the best trampoline park i have ever been to, I’ve been there about 3-5 times, today i will go again. I’ve seen the hate comments from other people why just don’t know how to admire this park because they only focus on their country’s stuff. I love this park. No matter what. They have the dam time limit. We pay for 2 hours tickets but they don’t let us in. And the excuse is because there is too many people here. But it’s okay we tried forgive them. But they don’t return our money back.instead, they give us a money card which is forcing us to come again. Beside there is no lockers which is really unsafe, we came here at 3and now it nearly 5.
