Palm trees are plentiful and a mock castle is such a beautiful feature, bar is at the side too where we enjoyed a few pints. Pleasant simple nearby city center of Lisbon. Good road along the way and view. There is a bar and some decent area with sun beds and umbrella. I find this very clean and ideal as there is not a lot of people. Went there 3rd week of June. During the day the was chill a bit, yet we enjoyed our swim there. After 6, it was completely frozen. So be careful with the timing. There were still places to sit and it was not overwhelmingly crowded in the right part of the beach. From Lisboa, it is very nearby. Super convenient and affordable if you would like to visit. This is a great option which is on the Caiscais train line but only a short 10/15 minutes from the centre of Lisbon, a great option if you would like sun, sea snd sand within a short distance of Lisbon. You can get off the train, cross the road snd be in the in 5 minutes. It’s also a great place to walk along to the next station with beautiful views in sight too. A small sandy close to a road and railway. After a short scooter trip from Lisbon center it is a place to enjoy the sunset or a few ours at the Atlantic. Wouldn’t recommend it as an beautiful tourist but just to relaxe and have some sand under your feed it is nice. beach, close to station. Toilettes for free and well maintained. Only thing is dirtiness everywhere. Even if the bins are 30 meters away it’s a lot of plastic there. I'm giving 2 stars because this has 3 "sections", although this is you will find a lot of people in there and you also will find dirty on the the left side and the middle side, because both are really small. Could be better! The is cold as normal, and there is no toilet. Maybe it is on weekdays. Huge beach! is obviously quite cold but it was a very good day since it was hot anyways! I also really enjoyed these little desserts they go through and sell to you! They also only cost 2€. We bought an umbrella nearby for only 15€ as well. One of the best sunset views on this beach, most of the times not very crowded and one can enjoy a beautiful sunset in peace. It is a well approachable by train for a cheap ticket. There are showers and toilets available. The is nice, and the waves are decent too, although not as strong as in Caparica. The shore is a sandy without rocks. Excellent , variety of facilities like food and drinks available at shops . We uber from town cost us £20 . There is waiting time to get uber back during busy times . a peaceful place near lisbon city,only 4 stops from lisbon by train. nothing special but good to play and enjoy the sunshine！D M m 4 more VD!
