A holy, holy place for Celtic fans. The guard was more of a well educated tour guide (I'm ashamed to say I didn't get his name). Dressing room, tunnel, up the steps, round the pitch up to where Big Billy lifted the cup. An unforgettable day of unforgettable memories. It was nice to see the scene of our greatest moment in history...I would have given it a 5 if we all could have looked in further but it was all set up for a rugby match. The allowed those of us there to walk up the infamous tunnel where wee "ten thirty" sang the Celtic song! Lots of younger hoops fans there.Sadly, I was the only one who could claim being alive when the final took place! Great experience if you are a Celtic fan. The has a lot of history from Celtic winning the European Cup against a great Inter Milan side, the many Portuguese cup finals and the memory of the great Torino sides last game before the horrible tragedy that ended too many lives too soon. A really nice to visit. In much better condition than other users say. Tips for visiting: entrance access is via the guards on the east side of stadium. €2 and you can run around the track for an hour. I was told I couldn’t go up into the stands which was a shame. Cool to run/walk around the track though to take photos. A must for all Celtic and football fans in general. Great access a must for all celtic fans. we were let in and spent a hour inside. Surreal after watching the final and seeing so many iconic pictures over the years A dream come true to visit this famous where Celtic beat Inter Milan 2-1 on 25/05/1967 in the European Cup Final. May i add that the men went above & beyond too help us out. Amazing 🍀 Nice to see where the Lisbon Lions clinched their European title. Quite a picturesque stadium, and Junior was helpful in showing us around. Meant a lot to my family so well worth the trip! Hey, guess what? That's where Celtic won the European Cup! Slip the guard 10 euros, then you can stroll down the tunnel the Lisbon Lions used, walk onto the pitch where all those amazing fans were in '67. It's an awesome feeling seeing the field where Cesar lifted the trophy. Loved our experience here, we visited the before it’s renovated to see where Celtic won the European cup. It’s very peaceful with a lovely park surrounding the area. The guard let us enter and spend sometime walking around the grounds, I highly recommend any Celtic fan to visit before it’s changed. A chance to walk in the footsteps of the immortal Lisbon Lions 🍀Priceless. It’s very peaceful set in a lovely parkland. The guard showed us around, through the tunnel and pitch side & we spent some time soaking it all up. Check the schedule before you go cos there are times when it’s not accessible. Amazing place.
