I was at the stadium as an away fan for the Legnago Salus v SPAL game ... twice! This was a Saturday match that was called off at the last minute after three pitch inspections due to thick fog. It was rescheduled for the next day, Sunday. On the one hand the stadium could be criticised as being pretty poor, there are only two stands, a covered one for the home and an uncovered one for the away with nothing at the other two ends. However, Legnago are in their first season in Serie C after winning promotion from Serie D, so it's obvious the facilities are basic. There are only about 350 home at a game. There is an athletics track round the ground. I'm not a fan of these, but then the stadium has to serve the whole local community, and the ground is so small you can see the action very well anyway. The traffic police and stewards I came across were professional, away are directed to their own "car park" (actually grassland next to a river). Adult tickets for home are either €15 or €20 depending on the sector of the covered stand, away pay €10 in the uncovered stand. Can't complain. Due to an anti-hooliganism law in Italy, when entering the stadium you have to show photo I.D. which has to match the name on the ticket - they check EVERYONE. Non c'è un bar, per avere qualcosa abbiamo dovuto ordinare agli steward quello che ci serviva (coi limiti che una gestione del genere ovviamente porta). Gli steward stessi si sono comunque rivelati sempre simpatici e cordiali. Tornando alle note negative purtroppo ho constatato che su una di circa 300-350 posti sono presenti solo 2 bagni per uomini e 2 per le donne. Noi eravamo veramente in pochi durante la partita e non abbiamo avuto problemi, immagino la coda quando il settore è pieno. La non è coperta (per carità, nessuno se lo aspetta in serie C), i seggiolini sono nuovi. Lo stadio di Legnago ha una coperta con seggiolini e una seconda scoperta sul lato opposto dell'impianto, riservata ai tifosi ospiti. L'ambiente è molto casereccio e di dimensioni ridotte. La pista d'atletica purtoppo penalizza la visione della partita. Vi gioca il SALUS, squadretta senza infamia e senza lode che caracolla nella parte bassa del Torneo di serie C. Stadio piuttosto piccolo anche se con una bella coperta. La visuale dal settore ospiti si salva perché a bordo campo. Prima volta al Sandrini nel settore ospiti a vedere la mia squadra che ha perso all'ultimo minuto, ma mi importava relativamente...ho beccato una bella giornata di sole, seduto vicino a me un compaesano trova sul posto, la barista era gentile, i panini erano buoni...una bella giornata... È situato in un contesto accogliente ma la pista di atletica, tra gli spalti e il campo, e la ospiti non coperta sono punti a sfavore importanti.
