We had a poor experience on a weekend morning. The service at the counter was very poor. We had to wait ages for a coffee. The needs some training around multitasking. I’m sure the member was exhausted as they weren’t friendly in the slightest. I would suggest you have more than one person working at a time. I hope they are paid more to work on one of the busiest days of the week. The jungle gym equipment was fine. It was very busy but I guess that’s to be expected on the weekend. There doesn’t seem to be any restriction on the number of children in the place nor age. It can be scary for the little when young teenagers are jumping around. They don’t let you bring in your own food but only serve sugary food. It’s fine for us as we can go back to the car but not great if you don’t have that option. Nice place, children enjoyed it a lot. Facilities well-designed and pretty well upkept. Good point - a separate ball pool for babies, nice staff. But I was really surprised that diaper changers can be found in the women's bathroom only. What if a dad comes alone with a baby? Food could be improved because the vast majority of options are junk food. There should be a sanitary inspection. Unacceptable for a playground for children. I didn't try the food so I can't comment on the eating area, but my 13 month old loved this place! It was empty when we went which meant he got to explore without feeling nervous by other running around. He had the best time - and now he's fast asleep - so that's all that matters to me! Very rude staff. Very aggressive behaviour from the guy working behind the counter. Telling me he would only serve me if I spoke French. On top of this it is an Average experience for a young child. Very little activities for toddlers. No toys or playhouses etc. poor food selection, junk food only. No dedicated area for smaller kids. Very dangerous to have older toddlers knocking over young toddlers. We went a few times over the past year and the place has started to be a little run down and has not been maintained since it launched. Some areas (around the trampoline) are a bit dangerous and barely covered. The place is mildly clean, quite small but still good for an hour or two for smaller kids. You can order food from the restaurant downstairs (same family/manager?) which is pricey and not so good. Snacks and drinks are processed and unhealthy (donuts, chips, cake, lollipop, sodas) for and you need to buy everything on site including water. All in all, not really value for money for what it is but worth a visit if it's raining out and you're in the area. I can't comprehend how some people choose to celebrate birthdays there, the area looks frankly gloomy...service is also unfriendly. This is a very nice indoor playground. My like it a lot. However, the owners could do a lot better where food and drinks are concerned considering one can't bring anything of one's own in. There is only junk food - dry donuts and candy and juice to buy. This is shameful. A spacious place for the to have endless fun and to burn energy. My love going there. Before restaurant area was a bit unclean but now that has been improved I feel. The new seems to be more professional and friendly, as well as strict, not a bad thing. But one of the trampolines is rundown that should be fixed for safety of the kids. And a few places here and there that requires to be fixed. It would be absolutely a five star place if that rundown areas are fixed and the restaurant sell some healthy snacks, good coffee etc., rather than sugary food. It's a nice place and friendly staff. The place it's quite small and it's getting quickly crowed.
