They are usually closed on Mondays, but any other day you can count on them for a lovely and welcoming experience. A place that truly deserves a visit if you are in Swatar. A great place for hangout.. the staffs are super cool. They do serve rabbit stew as well. But you need to book an appointment 3 days before. They do serve plenty of snacks when you order drinks. The food and the beverages are great. We came with the new owners and they really made the place better! I’m very satisfied with their service. Very nice people and the got really good. Lively and we were found a place to sit at the bar. Friendly and attentive staff and very reasonably priced. Free Maltese tapas is provided with drinks which was an unexpected bonus. Makes Charles Bar well worth a visit. We also ordered nachos and chicken pieces which were delicious and a good portion size. We didn't try any of the burgers but they looked amazing. Through him, I met other Germans, with whom I also explored Malta. In the end, we were regulars. To all Germans, you have to try the hot dog. It's made with real Bockwurst, not the kind you unfortunately find everywhere in supermarkets. A gem of nature. Just every local knows the Charles Bar. There are only a few who don't know it. I’ve been coming here with my mates for a couple of years now, and the service has always been fantastic. I even hosted my best friend’s bachelor party here — Mark and Carrie were gracious hosts and went above and beyond to set everything up and make sure we all had an great time.
