I am really fussy about and like when the Barman is open to improvisation and this place just leaves you saying "Wow" over and over again. I would just tell the waiter my taste/alcohol preferences and the barman would create on spot. The classic cocktail selection is also really good, as well as the shots. The waiter was extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful. He could speak English. And they accept payment by card. The is and the atmosphere as well. You can your time with friends there. You can dance, as well as talk. Whichever you want. The is not loud or disturbing or vulgar. The selection of songs is good. It is a place you will keep on returning over and over again. Just a note: I spent between 1000-1500 Lek, because I went for 2-3 and shots. If you go for one cocktail, you won't be needing that amount.
