I suspect it gets lively in the evenings. Highly recommend. Komiteti is one of the most unusual bars I have ever visited with a very interesting selection of cocktails based on raki. To me it was the first time trying cocktails based on this spirit since raki is not a spirit that is commonly consumed in my part of the world. The music and food are also very nice. I’d definitely come back. I deducted some stars from service since I could not pay with a card. I also wanted to note that this is one of the few bars in Vlore that serve Whiskey in a proper glass to drink it. The atmosphere was lovely, a very relaxing one. However there was food uncovered on the counter with flies buzzing around. The ladies' toilets have a tiny red light but cubicle is almost in the dark and there was no toilet seat. A few basic things as could elevate the space into a nicer experience. Loved the decor so much and the staff was super nice and friendly. They recommended cocktails for us and it was absolutely amazing and perfect - all they asked was if we wanted sweet or sour. I had the sour and it was sooo good! The decor is so beautiful and I’ll definitely come here again. Each cocktail cost 600 leke each - not sure if that’s expensive but it was worth it. Everything was tasty. But be aware they don’t accept card. We only were informed by this at the time we ask for the bill and we didn’t have money.
