This comes with the bonus of free parking near the shop! Alison was very friendly and supportive and made the whole very pleasant and stress free. We had the whole place to ourselves and Alison's full attention. She explained the process very clearly at the start so there were no confusions from the get go. She gently nudged me out of my comfort zone and made me try a range of just to make sure I picked the I really wanted. There were a nice range of designer at very reasonable prices. At no point were we felt that we were under pressure to buy. She also gave me a list of recommended local seamstresses which was handy... It turned out to be the only bridal I needed to visit. I loved the visit and felt completely relaxed throughout, Alison was so friendly and welcoming. I tried on loads of different styles and Alison encouraged me to try on again after creating a shortlist of the ones I liked and this really helped to work out what style I wanted to go for. There are sooo many gorgeous and I loved many of them in a huge range of styles but this was just perfect for the look and relaxed vibe I was aiming for. Wonderful experience, book yourself in! From the get-go, Alison was warm and attentive to the whole party and really got to know what I was looking for from a dress. Me and my family were made to so special, which I really valued. The space itself was welcoming and there were so many to choose from. Alison was also totally transparent on cost, no will be over £999. We were given the run of the place to pick out, whilst Alison also had several options in mind, based on what I'd said I was looking for. I ended up leaving the appointment with the dream dress. We had such a laugh as a group and i also tried on many different options. I'd seen similar in other shops at a much higher price, the only difference here is that it's off the peg. Personally, with the sheer variety and number of that are here, you are bound to fall in love with at least one, if not more. This was the first bridal I'd visited and Alison was so incredibly helpful, she had lots of sensible advice about staying open minded, was encouraging for me to try on different styles but not at all pushy, and made the whole really comfortable. There was a range of truly lovely and I was amazed by how affordable even my favourite one was! Brilliant with lovely service. Amazing service, I felt so comfortable and the range of was great.
