Lovely wild rural beach with three cafés albeit only one open. Very nice place to enjoy the sunset. There is a beautifully landscaped pedestrian path. The best way to access the water is via the ladders at the southern end, otherwise it is very rocky. A great bathing, snorkeling spot on La Palma. Right at the first "corner" in town there’s a little paved beach area and two ladders that give you access to the beautiful little bay which on my numerous visits mostly had a calm and managable currents. Lots of fish including bicudas, trumpet and trigger/parrot to spot while snorkeling. Two benches/tables with sun shades provided great spots of relaxation and shelter from sun if needed. I will definitely return next time. Didn't seem like a nice place. A local person told us there is no beach here. Great for snorkeling - pebbly beach with just enough sand to make getting in and out of the sea easier, but not so much as to make the water cloudy. Lots of fish. At low tide there's a pool enclosed by rocks for protection from the waves. Shower and changing rooms nearby. Easy parking. At least three kiosk/restaurants with sea views. Perfect!
