Parque Gómez Felipe

Los Llanos de Aridane, Spain Park

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. A beautifully constructed and extremely well maintained colourful with lovely fauna and flora, a lake and a waterfall with fishes in the water. Clean tidy and good Public Conveniences. All in all a very picturesque place. What a stunning little located just outside city looking up to the mountains. All the gates are beautifully made with ornate ironwork detail and tiled gate post toppers and all different. Even the bins are made of the ornate ironwork. Every where you look in the first part is covered with mosaic tiles surrounded by trees and flowers and volcanic structures. Their are steps, floors and plant posts all lovingly made. They even got giant lizards covered in mosaics. It is very well kept to with attendants working. The toilets were closed. Lots of colourful flowers and shrubs and they even got terrapins or turtles and fish in the waterfall pond. Some dead trees have been turned into plant holders. The bottom half is more open without the mosaics but has lots of fauna and play equipment and seats. Their is parking in roads nearby and most is level, with a couple of areas up uneven steps to little view points. One entrance to the side has no steps if you have mobility issues. Their are several cafe/bar nearby. Definetly visit it as it looks amazing and free entry too. Signs say no bicycles or dogs. We were on a cruise excursion so only had a short visit. It's really delightful with very attractive mosaics and the prettiest toilet buildings we had ever seen . A tiny oasis, beautifully quiet. A beautiful spot. Small but cute A gorgeous mosaic reminiscent of those in Barcelona. It's quiet, clean and pretty and a lovely little place for a little wander or to relax. Has a pond and a lookout/viewpoint. If you are near Plaza Espana and have an extra 90 minutes between meals or activities, take a stroll here and enjoy. A bit of a Parque Gruell vibe without throngs of humanity and a ticket to buy. On a Sunday afternoon we had the place to ourselves. It’s small and there is plenty of Dr Seuss kinda stuff. If you have ever tried to work with succulents or ficus (this town grows them like nowhere else I have seen) you will be amazed at what they can grow up to be. This reminds me of the well known Güell with some amazing sculptures and a very unique waterfall that brings peace and calmness to the surroundings. The is very clean, well maintained and it has public toilets with a beautiful exterior architecture which is a big plus if you are out with your family or kids. We simply loved it 🥰 Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. It is a wonderful and wealth have a rest there. Home made ice cream is available nearby. Very beautiful with mosaics.
