I’ve been renting road bikes from Bachelas in Manosque and Forcalquier for the past 3 years. I visit from the USA ever year for a few days at a time and find the riding around here to be first class. Rather than bring my own, I find that renting from Bachelas makes a lot of sense. Prices are excellent, the bikes are in great condition, and the is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them. Pulled in with gears not working well and the remedied the issue immediately. They had the parts and the know how, and kindly got me on the road in under an hour. My hasn’t run better since it was new. After the fix Strava tells me I’ve had my fastest 20k ever!! Amazing!! Thank you Bachelas!!!! We bought a for our 7yo son, since it was a surprise gift we didn’t get the right mesure, when we saw we needed to downsize the bike, they took the one we got and borrowed us one for free until they had the correct size ready in their shop.
