My cousin and I went here to rent kayaks on a Thursday morning. It was perfect, we showed up at 11:30, and rented the kayaks for two hours as the place closes for lunch from 12-1pm and so we returned after that. Prices were reasonable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. They gave us water proof bins to hold our jackets, lunch and belongings. They provided life jackets, paddles and single boats. There were toilets on sight. Lovely places to sit and eat a picnic in the area! Expérience en canoë incroyable avec notre chien aujourd'hui. I took my two children out paddle boarding today - my 9 year old hadn't done it before so I asked the guy if it was suitable for him to go out by himself. The guy said that there was a bit of wind and said he should be okay.. Well about 15 minutes in, the wind was so strong we went along with the current but when we tried to turn around my youngest was stuck and struggling as he couldn't paddle against the current. Luckily two people on a stopped and helped him by tying his board to their and took him back up the lake to nautical center.. When i explained that my child got stuck downstream because of the current the guy was like well i told you it was windy... What he in fact should have advised us beforehand was that it was too windy for someone of that age to manage the board by himself.. My 11 year old was okay... Totally incompetent staff! A little bit expensive for what it is: 20€ for 4 hours for just a and 200€/day for an electric boat; except that the place is quiet nice. I will probably go to Gorges du Verdon instead...not far away and a lot better I had a great experience with Club Nautique! It was easy to find, located on a central area on Lake Esparron and had convenient parking. Antoine helped us and was really nice and helpful. We had a perfect day at the Gorge and the and paddle board that we rented were in perfect condition. Highly recommend this spot for a boat rental to visit the Gorge du Verdon. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant Je recommande Je reviendrai Un aller retour dans les gorges du Verdon, jusqu'au pont de Quinson en aviron. En double loué au CNEV, accueillis par une équipe sympathique. 18 kms sous le soleil de juin (parcours recommandé le matin car il fait déjà si chaud !! et le trafic se densifie, avec bateaux électriques, paddles, canoés et pédalos !!😅) Expérience recommandée pour les amateurs de rame 👍 Had a wonderful experience with Club Nautique Esparron de Verdon. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and a great overall setup. We were helped by Antoine who was super nice and helpful. We rented a paddle board and and they were in excellent condition.
