The Maison Forte is a very charming property. We only stayed for one night but wished we had been able to longer. This is a family owned business and every member from the family has been wonderful and made sure to make our extra special. We also ate dinner there thanks to their “table d’hôte” service and the food was great. We were served a tasty homemade meal made with local products. The room was gorgeous and the bed super comfy! We stayed for one night on a road trip and would have loved to longer (only we would have put on a lot of weight - the local food was wonderful). The rooms were beautiful, with gorgeous bathrooms and the hosts were very welcoming. It is a gem and we will certainly be back. We had a wonderful at Domaine de La Maison Forte. The room and surroundings were beautiful and the sauna was a fantastic addition.we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Celine and her family made us feel extremely welcome and prepared a wonderful dinner and breakfast for our stay. Would highly recommend!
