Nice place to visit with This is an amazing place! Best trampoline park and I've been to a few. I went with my two who are 6 and 8. We all had a jump about and as you can see from the videos, it was lots of fun. fun for all the family .the are all and friendly our 6year old loved it had so much fun fun! Need flip out socks, Must pre book online to ensure a place. Good coffee. friendly staff, car park at rear. My son really enjoyed playing here, lots to do and really is fun. Only niggle I had was having to pay for a pair of their franchise when we already came equipped with our own socks! Some of the indoor games you have to pay extra for. Cafe is expensive. What a money maker!! We attended for a birthday party. Not fussed about going back. First time doing a at Flip out, brilliant loved it, the food was and plenty almost too much but rather have that than not enough. and nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend for any takes all the hassle out of it. We only provided the cake that was it. As for the actual again clean and plenty of variety for the to enjoy of all ages. Thanks guys ! The soft for under 5s is brilliant - the loved it. The trampolines on offer were also fantastic, and the bouncy castle assault course thing was too. The food on offer was good too. I'm having to mark the experience down to 2 stars as it was absolutely freezing in the entire place. My youngest was shivering and her lips went blue (she was wearing three layers and then a coat)! My eldest actually asked to go home because she was too cold. On a day when it is 3 degrees outside, it's completely unnecessary to have freezing air con inside and unnecessary to keep the door open to the outside. We mentioned this to someone but it was very much just shrugged off as if to say 'oh well'. I had to wear my coat, hat and two pairs of just to try and stay warm in some way shape or form. My daughter had her 6th birthday here. She had lots of fun - the food (pizza, hot dogs and wedges) was lovely. Car park was busy but we got a space and there is overflow car parking too. The inflatable parts are fun and the soft (with small trampolines) was perfect for younger children. Got a coffee from the cafe upstairs which was nice. Standard pricing. Didnt get anything else so cannot comment but as I say food was very nice. Loads of fun for the whole family. Refreshments could be a little cheaper but that's the world we live in value for taking a toddler out midweek. Little bit grubby. very happy and Very busy as half term but saying that very Although the are friendly and some downstairs. If you order food then poor girl upstairs was doing it herself as you had to wait for toasties as the cook{!}was not quick. Then when sessions end there us a queue so wait time for food is longer need more upstairs otherwise its okay The sen session was actually really good- there is no music playing and I believe they also run this at limited children. However- the dirt in this place is insane, thick dust in so many different areas and just overall cleanliness. I truly don't expect an amazing spotless place when its being constantly run but still- i thought planet was bad 😂 couldn't do anymore than they did today. Friendly, courteous and extremely in an embarrassing situation for my daughter's friend. It's a good team working there, they don't get the recognition they deserve sometimes. Thanks guys. It's the little things that count. Rating: 1/5 Stars Disappointing Experience with Inconsistent Policies We visited Flip Out Portsmouth on a weekend with our daughter, but left frustrated and unwelcome. Despite the venue being nearly empty, refused to let our daughter use the trampolines and insisted we remain in the soft exclusively. Other under four were present in the trampoline zone, but she was not allowed to Problematic Issues: Inconsistent rules: We were told weekday visits permit trampoline access, yet weekends restrict it—even when the arena was visibly empty Over-policing: Multiple members repeatedly explained the same rules, making us feel watched rather than welcomed Poor communication: No clear signage or upfront explanation; we discovered restrictions only after arrival Staffing concerns: Most appeared to be teenagers who seemed unable to explain the reasoning behind policies or show any flexibility The Bottom Line: If you visit on weekdays, you may have a better experience. However, weekend visits feel unwelcoming, with rigid rule enforcement that seems arbitrary rather than safety-based. For a venue marketed as family-friendly entertainment, the atmosphere felt more like surveillance than fun. Not recommended for a relaxed family outing, particularly on weekends. Consider alternatives that prioritize customer experience over strict rule adherence. Awesome venue, session. We went to a Friday night under 11s disco. Amazing huge thank you to Sarah at the Portsmouth branch who went above and beyond to provide excellent customers service Flip Out hosted our daughter’s birthday this weekend. Booking was straightforward, looking after us were really and the really enjoyed the range of equipment available. Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Izzy our host was with the kids, as was the first aid lady (one of the had tripped over whilst walking back to the room). Good package. Thanks The are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they bend over backwards to ensure you have a visit. Jessie in particular is fantastic with our kiddos. The venue is always clean and there are lots of different activities to occupy people of all ages Highly recommended I come here for a family day off to give the attraction and fun on rainy day. There is some good attraction but not that amazing then I expect to be fair. Also there is the meal deal with jumping but waiting for it even when said its 10min you should count 30-40min unfortunately which its a joke for ready base pizza. When we bought tickets we said we are first time and if its OK us to having ours on safety they said yes but after watch safety video they was pushing us to buy they brand . What's another joke for dismiss communications and poor trening for on that place . Another things with it's negative its so dirty here . Tables are not wipe at all. Boxes its almost on every single tables so its difficultto find clean table to seat and watch kids. as well dirty and dusty. Not recommend. Fun but the new nets make it difficult and hard to trick across sections and limits movement. I thought this place was for but the family friendly restaurant is now a sports bar that is disgraceful. Mini flippers are really good however it’s the dirtiest soft I have ever been to. In the soft there was water, muddy foot prints, a stench, tablets were filthy, floors were filthy!! Everything about this place is filthy the toilets are horrendous!! I will never bring my child to Portsmouth flip out again I visited with my 2-year-old and 10-year-old and was really disappointed. Despite being the only ones there for the first hour, my toddler wasn’t allowed in the main arena, so my older child didn’t want to without him. Before our session started, toddlers were allowed in the main area, so I don’t understand the inconsistency. Later, when other families arrived, their older were using the toddler — so I brought my toddler into the main arena too. responded by watching us and talking about us for an uncomfortably long time, acting very unprofessionally and making us feel unwelcome. We had also booked the unlimited buffet, but refused to bring out more pepperoni pizza because there was still margherita left — which my 10-year-old won’t eat. On top of this, the toddler had a metal bar with broken padding above the slide, which is unsafe, and the also looked directly into a messy storage zone which didn’t feel safe or appealing. Overall, this was a negative experience for both kids. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be returning unless serious improvements are made to safety and training. Megan served me and she was absolutely wonderful.
